Product Usage Instructions

On/Off
To turn the earbuds on/off, press and hold the function key for 3 seconds.

Bluetooth Connection
To connect via Bluetooth, enable Bluetooth on your device and select ‘A11 Wireless Earbuds’ from the available devices list.

Touch Function

  • Pause/Play: Click the left or right function key.
  • Next Track: Long press the right function key for 2 seconds.
  • Previous Track: Long press the left function key for 2 seconds.
  • Volume Up: Double-click the right function key.
  • Volume Down: Double-click the left function key.
  • Voice Assistant: Triple-click the left or right function keys.
  • Answer/Hang Up: Click any function key.
  • Reject a Call: Long press the left or right function key for 2 seconds.
  • Cancel Dialing: Click any function key.

Charging
Connect the earbuds to a power source using the provided charging cable. Ensure proper connection for charging.

Product operation instruction  On/off

  • Open the charging case and take out the earphones, which will turn on automatically
  • The earphone is off outside the box. Long press the function button for 2 seconds to turn it on
  • Put it in the charging case and turn it off
  • When the device is powered on, hold down for 5S to power off
  • Disconnected devices automatically s hut down after 3 minutes

Bluetooth connection

  • Turn on your device’s Bluetooth, search for “A11” and elect Connect
  • When the device is powered on for the first time, it automatically enters the Bluetooth pairing state
  • When the device is turned on again, the headset will automatically connect back to the last device. If the connection fails, the headset will automatically enter the pairing mode

Charge

  • When the Type-C data cable is inserted into the charging port for charging, The white indicator is flashing, and the fully charged indicator is long and bright
  • When charging the headset, the white light on the charging case is long, When the headphone is charging, the white headphone light is always on, fully charged, and all lights are off.

Matters needing attention

  • The earphone and charging bin are used for about a week. Clean the earphone and charging bin’s thimble with cotton swabs or rag to prevent dirt on the thimble and avoid bad charging contact
  • When not in use, please put the earphones back in the charging case to prevent loss and timely charge the earphones.
  • Before cleaning and maintenance, stop using the device, shut down all applications, and disconnect all connections or cables from other devices.
  • Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to wipe the device or its accessories.
  • If the product with lithium battery is not used for a long time, make sure to charge it at least once every three months
  • Keep the device and its accessories dry. Do not use external heating devices such as microwave ovens or hair dryers to dry them.
  • Do not place the device or its accessories in an area where the temperature is too high or too low. Otherwise, the device may fail, catch fire, or explode.
  • Do not use strong chemicals, cleaning agents, or strong detergents to clean the equipment or its accessories.
