  • Due to the non-stick coating the cooking plates are very easy to clean. Best is to clean the plates being still warm with a soft brush or a damp cloth. Brush persistent residues with some oil and let soak for some minutes. After that, wipe again with a damp cloth. Then wipe with a dry cloth.
ATTENTION: Carefully clean the cooking plates. Never use sharp or pointed objects for cleaning! This will damage the non-stick coating!

  • After the appliance has cooled down, wipe the housing with a soft damp cloth with some detergent.

  • We recommend a filling of approx. 100 to 120 ml of egg mixture (including added ingredients) for each cooking plate.
  • Rub the cooking plates with some vegetable oil occasionally. The appliance must have cooled down. To do so, put some vegetable oil on a kitchen paper and rub the oil evenly on the plates. Remove excessive oil with a kitchen paper. This process preserves the plates and increases the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
