Kandao WL0308 All-In-One Conference Camera

Product Usage Instructions

Connection Information:

1. Connect the camera with a V.A. adapter.
2. Press the lens module to start the camera. The blue light will flash quickly and then switch to slow flash when the camera is ready for work (approximately 5 seconds).
3. Connect the camera to a PC via USB.
4. Start your desired video conference platform (Teams, Skype, ZOOM, etc) and enter a distant conference. The instruction light will be steady blue.
5. Use the camera buttons to adjust voice volume, mute the microphone, and switch modes during the conference.
6. After the conference, press the lens module to turn off the camera.

Firmware Update:

1. Turn on the camera and connect it to a PC.
2. Press and hold the mode button for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes quickly. The camera enters USB mode when the instruction light turns red.
3. Copy the firmware to the camera’s USB.
4. Restart the camera to initiate the system update. The blue light will flash slowly once the update is complete.

Connection Information

1. Get the camera connected with 12V 3.0A adapter.
2. Press the lens module to start the camera, when it’s pop-up, the blue light flashes quickly then switch to slowly flash when the camera is ready for work. The whole process is about 30 seconds.
3. Connect PC with the camera via USB.
4. Start a video conference platform(Teams, Skype, ZOOM, etc), enter a distant conference, instruction light will be steady blue.
5. Click the camera buttons to turn down/up voice, mute microphone, and switch modes.
6. When a conference is dismissed, press lens module to turn off the camera.

Note: You may need to select the Kandao Meeting camera and microphone when using some video conferencing platforms.

Firmware update

1. Turn on the camera and get it connected with PC, long hold mode button for 5 seconds, The blue light flashes quickly,and the camera enter in USB mode when the instruction light stays red.
2. Copy firmware to camera USB.
3. Restart the camera to enter system update, when the update is done, blue light would turn to flashing slowly.

7. Precautions : do not put the camera in an extremely cold or hot environment. Extremely cold or hot conditions may cause the camera to temporarily not work properly.
8. Warning : there is no protection for the two lenses of the Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera. If you do not pay attention, it is easy to form scratches. Avoid placing the lens on any surface. Lens scratches are not covered by the warranty.
