Button Instructions
ON/OFF Button
Long press 3s to turn ON/OFF; Short press to switch sleeping mode, another
short press to wake up.
Volume Button Turn Up/Down the speaker’s volume.
Muting/Recording Button Short press to the mute microphone; Long press 3s to record video locally.
Power LED
Mode Button
Short press to switch different mode; Long press 3s to lock screen FOV.
Connection and Usage
Connecting to displayer:
- Connecting Kandao Meeting Pro to the power adapter.
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and displayed through an HDMI port.
- Long press the ON/OFF button to turn on the Kandao Meeting Pro with the green light on.
- The network can be connected through Ethernet cable or Wifi.
- Open video conference platform (for example Skype, Zoom, …), successful connection to the meeting is achieved when blue light remains on.
- Short press the ON/OFF button to enter “sleep mode” when the meeting is over.
- Long press the ON/OFF button to turn OFF the Kandao Meeting Pro, if necessary.
System Update
Connecting Kandao Meeting Pro and displayer through HDMI port to ensure
network connected. The system will pop up update notification, and click to
update.
Checking for Update
Remote Controller
- The Kandao Meeting Pro and the remote controller will be paired during production.
- Power Button controls both sleep and wake modes of Kandao Meeting Pro.
- The remote controller will be disconnected when Kandao Meeting Pro is under sleep mode.
- Press any button to reconnect the remote controller while the Kandao Meeting Pro is waked up.
Notes:
- The remote controller shall be equipped with two AAA batteries.
- If the remote controller fails to pair with the camera, you can press and hold “OK” and “VOL-” for 3 seconds at the same time, while the indicator light flashes. Enter the setting page of Kandao Meeting Pro, and finds the Bluetooth device “Kandao Meeting”. The Indicator Light will turn dark when the pairing is successful.

Statement
❶ Please read and follow all the instructions carefully.

❸ Do not use it near heat sources such as radiators, electric heaters, stoves,
or other heat-producing equipment.
❹ Use only Kandao provided components and accessories.
❺ Please refer all maintenance work to a qualified person. No matter what kind
of damage the equipment suffers, such as the broken power cable or plug, liquid
penetration or objects falling into the equipment, rain or dampness, unable to
work normally or fall, maintenance is required.
Camera Security
Warning: If you fail to take the following precautions, you may be seriously injured or killed by the electric shock or fire disaster, or your Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera may be damaged: Please check before using the camera and accessories to make sure they are intact. For security, only Kandao accessories that are provided with the device or genuine ones purchased can be used. Damage caused by the use of unauthorized accessories or parts is not covered by the warranty.
❶ Do not place or fix the product on an unstable surface. Failure to follow
this precaution may cause the product to loosen or fall off, causing an
accident or damage to the device.
❷ When using an external power supply connection, please observe all safety
rules.
❸ The lens of an Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera is made of glass. If
the lens is damaged, be sure to handle it carefully to avoid being scratched
by the broken lens/glass.
❹ The temperature of the camera may rise during normal usage. If this occurs,
turn off the device and leave it to cool before using it again.
❺ This product is not a toy and you are solely responsible for complying with
all local laws, regulations, and restrictions.
❻ Please do not use the Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera for
unauthorized monitoring, candid shooting, or in any way that violates personal
privacy regulations.
❼ Precautions: do not put the camera in an extremely cold or hot environment.
Extremely cold or hot conditions may cause the camera to temporarily stop
working properly.
❽ Warning: there is no protection for the two lenses of the Intelligent
360-degree panoramic camera. If you do not pay attention, it is easy to form
scratches. Avoid placing the lens on any surface. Lens scratches are not
covered by the warranty.
This symbol indicates that your product should be handled separately from household waste according to local laws and regulations. When the product’s life ends, please take it to the collection site designated by the local authority. The separate collection and recycling of discarded products are helpful to the protection of natural resources. Besides, please make sure that they are recycled in ways that are beneficial to human health.
