Smart Dual Extruders 420
The F1000 comes with smart dual extruders capable of reaching temperatures up to 420°C. This allows for printing a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, and more.

High Precision
The extruder feeding system supports high-speed printing with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm and a printing speed of up to 200 mm/s. This ensures steady filament extrusion without blockages.

Stability
The whole-steel body provides stability during printing and extends the working life of the printer. The optimized structure ensures sustainable and efficient operation.

Accurate Linear Guide Rail
The accurate linear rail structure allows for high precision printing, up to 4-5 times higher accuracy than other printers in the market. This structure enables fast and precise printing of large models.

Fully Enclosed Chamber
The fully enclosed chamber blocks external interference, reduces noise, and maintains a constant temperature to prevent model deformation. The hot chamber and filament drying room support high-performance materials.

Outage Restored & Filament Detection
The printer automatically saves print data in case of power outage and resumes printing from the last point after power is restored. It also detects filament runout to prevent invalid prints.

Camera Control Technology
Control the printing process remotely using camera control technology through an app. Adjust speed, pause printing, temperature settings, and more for optimal print quality.

Auto Leveling Platform Pro
The BL-Touch probe ensures a flat platform by saving initial level data and adjusting the Z-axis height during printing for automatic leveling.

Smart Dual Extruders 420 ℃

F1000 is embedded with new smart dual-extruder kit hotend temperature up to 420 ℃, it is able to print not only huge PLA prototype with fastest speed, but also ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Flexible and more high performance material for direct application. The dual-hotend is easy to maintain and affordable to replace.

High Precision

We exclusively research and develop the extruder feeding system to support high-speed printing, and accuracy can reach up to 0.1 mm, it allows to extrude filament steady without block.

Fully Enclosed Chamber

Hot Chamber + Filament Drying Room
The fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference. Also this frame can reduce noises, at the same time to provide constant temperature, so that the model won’t deform. 60 ℃ hot chamber ensures print quality for high performance materials.
The consumable drying chamber provides chamber temperatures of 45 ℃ and 65 ℃ to dry nylon, PC, ABS and other materials with high water absorption.

Outage Restored & Filament Detection
The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. Lower the platform and withdraw filament when power off suddenly. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after power’s on.
The printer will avoid invalid printing by stoping print and warning when filament runs out.

Camera Control Technology

Camera control technology allow customers to control printing process on speed,pause,temp.etc with an APP remotely, which can get best printing quality with shortest time without failure. A very useful feature on large model and long time printing.

Auto Leveling Platform Pro
Use of 25 points through the BL-Touch probe to save the level of platform flatness data at the initial,through the Z axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.
