and spoon) before use.
Prepare the recipe ingredients
Prepare the ingredients in your own recipe or recipes from here. Stir together
the ingredients and pour into the removable bowl. Note: You should not put the
bowl in the freezer in advance, as this machine has a built-in compressor that
freezes the ingredients during operation.
ASSEMBLING AND HOW TO USE
1. Insert the removable bowl in the machine.
2. Place the mixing blade into the removable bowl and make sure that the
motor shaft fits with the blade (see the picture below).
3. Fit the transparent lid on top of the bowl and twist until it locks into
position.
4. Place the refill lid on the transparent lid.
Starting the ice cream maker
Connect to the mains supply
Check the voltage to ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate
matches the voltage where the product is being used.
Function buttons
POWER Button: After connecting to the mains supply, press the POWER
button and the display will show “60:00”. This means that the default
operating time is 60 minutes.
TIME+, TIME- Button: There are two buttons TIME+ and TIME- to adjust the
time. Press the TIME+ or TIME- button and the time will increase or decrease
in 1-minute increments. If you press and hold the TIME+ button, the time will
increase rapidly, and if you press and hold the TIME- button, the time will
decrease rapidly. You can choose different times according to your taste.
START/STOP Button: Once the time has been set, press the START/STOP
button to start the ice cream process. You can press the START/STOP button
during the process to check the mixing blade and ingredients (the compressor
will still work).
Note: If the START/STOP button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the
machine will stop. You will hear the sound “di, di, di” 10 times and the
display will show “00:00”. This function can be used if you wish to cancel the
preset function.
Extended chilling function
When the ice cream is finished the machine will chill (no mixing) up to 1
hour. The machine will chill at 10-minute intervals.
Warning: Always remember to unplug the machine when you are finished.
Operating time
When the machine is running, the operating time is adjusted by pressing the
TIME+ or TIME–button.
After the operating time has elapsed
When the set time (for example 60 minutes) has elapsed and the machine stops
and returns to its original state, you can once again choose an operating time
by pressing the TIME+ button, then press the START/STOP button again. The
machine will continue to run for the selected time, then stop to switch to the
extended chilling function.
Automatic stop if overloaded
When the ice cream becomes hard, the motor can slow down and stop. This is to
prevent the motor short-circuiting.
Volume of the ingredients
It is important that the ingredients do not exceed 40% of the capacity (1.5 l)
of the removable bowl (ice cream expands when it freezes).
Storing the ice cream
Move the finished ice cream to another container using a plastic or wooden
spoon. Avoid sharp objects, as these can scratch the inside of the removable
bowl.
