Product Usage Instructions

Power ON/OFF:

To power on, press and hold the power button for 1 second. To power off, press the power button twice.

First Pairing – Bluetooth:

1. Power on the headphones to enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.
2. In your device settings, select “EDIFIER STAX SPIRIT S5” to connect.

Pairing for New Device:

1. While in the ON state, press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) for about 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Select “EDIFIER STAX SPIRIT S5” in your device settings to connect.

Dual-Device Connection – Bluetooth:

1. Pair device A with the headphones successfully.
2. Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds to re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode and connect device B.
3. Select “EDIFIER STAX SPIRIT S5” in both device A and device B settings for dual-device connection.

Charging:

Connect the headphones to a power source using the USB-C cable for charging. Input: 5V 2A.

Note: Ensure the USB port is dry before charging. While charging with the USB-C cable, Bluetooth functions are disabled.

Refer to the manual for various control functions including call, music, EQ mode, and more. Download the EDIFIER ConneX App for additional customization options.

Fast Pair:

Power on the headphones for Bluetooth pairing with an Android device nearby. Tap the pop-up window on your device for quick connection. Compatible with Android OS 6.0 or higher.

Reset:

1. In the ON state without any cable connections, press the MFB 5 times to perform a factory reset.
2. If successful, the headphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.

Wired Listening:

1. To listen via wired connection, power on the headphones and connect using an AUX or USB-C cable.
2. Wired listening disables Bluetooth mode automatically.

• Q: How do I know if the headphones are in pairing mode?
  • A: When powered on, the headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED indicator may also flash to indicate pairing readiness.
• Q: Can I use the headphones while they are charging?
  • A: While charging with the USB-C cable, the headphones can be used as wired headphones, but Bluetooth functions will be unavailable during this time.

3. Select “EDIFIER STAX SPIRIT S5” again in device A setting to connect and the dual-device connection is done.
   Note: For subsequent use, the headphones will automatically reconnect to the two devices used last time.

Charging

Connect the headphones to a power source via the USB-C cable for charging. Input: 5V 2A

1. Note: 1. Make sure the USB port is completely dry before charging.
2. When charging with a USB-C cable, the product is used as wired headphones and Bluetooth functions are unavailable

Power on and enter Bluetooth pairing with an Android device close by. Then tap the pop-up window to connect effortlessly.
Note: Fast Pair is compatible with Android OS 6.0 or higher

Reset

1. In ON state and with no AUX or USB-C cable connection, press the MFB 5 times to finish factory reset.
2. The headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode if successful.

Wired listening

1. Power on and connect to the headphones via AUX cable or USB-C cable.
2. Wired listening will automatically disable Bluetooth mode.
