Product Usage Instructions
Installation Tips
We strongly recommend using medium strength liquid thread locker on all
screws, nuts, and bolts. Ensure all hardware is tightened to the proper torque
specifications as listed in your owner’s manual.
Inspect hardware after the first 30 miles.
Hardware Sizing Guide
Use the provided ruler to measure screws, bolts, spacers, etc.
Measure the length from the start of the mounting surface to the end of the
screw.

Installing the Brackets
Removing the Front Fairing
Step One: Gently pull outwards on each side of the fairing to pop it from its retaining clips. Pull at the front fairing meets the side fairings.
Step Two: Remove two pop-clips at the front of the bike under the fairing.
Step Three: Pull the front fairing forward off the bike to remove it.
Removing the Lower Side Fairings
Step Four: Remove two T-25 TORX drive screws on each fairing and pull outward to remove the lower side fairings.
Relocating OEM Harness
Note: After removing the side fairings, all mounting points for the brackets can now be accessed.

When installing electronics it is extremely important to pay close attention
to how wires are routed, especially when mounting products to the front
fender, front forks, or fairing of your motorcycle. Always be sure to turn the
handlebars fully left, fully right, and fully compress the suspension to
ensure the wires will not bind and have enough slack for your motorcycle to
operate properly.

Hardware Sizing Guide
Not sure what size bolt you have? Use this ruler to measure screws, bolts,
spacers, etc.
Remember, the length of a screw or bolt is measured from the start of the
“mounting surface” to the end of the screw, so only include the screw head
when measuring countersunk screws.

Installing the Brackets
Removing the Front Fairing
Step One: the front nose fairing of the bike must be reomoved. To do this, gently pull outwards on each side of the fairing to pop it from its’s retaining clips. it helps to pull right where the front fairing meets the side fairings.
Step Two: Once the sides of the fairings are popped free, there are two pop-clips at the very front of the bike under the fairing that will need to be removed.
Step Three: once these clips are removed, the front fairing is can be pulled forawrd off the bike to be removed.
Removing the Lower Side Fairings
Step Four: The lower side Fairings will also need to be removed, to do this, remove the two T-25 TORX drive screws on each fairing, and pull outward to pop them off the bike.
Relocating OEM Harness
Note: Once the side fairings are removed, all mounting points for the brackets can now be accessed.
Note: On the throttle side of the bike, the bike’s ambient temp sensor is monted under the headlight. the wiring harness for this will be in the way of mounting the light brackets.
Step Five: To move the wiring harness out of the way, simply pop the wire clip off it’s mount, and move it to the opposite side.
Note: If the bike is equiped with the OEM fog light package, Perform step five on both the throttle side and clutch side.
Installing the Light Brackets
Step Six: To install the light brackets, remove the two T25 Torx drive screws on each side from the headlight shroud.
Step Seven: Slide the brackts up between the headlight housing and the air intake and fasten bracket to the headlight housing using the included M5 hardware.
Step Eight: Use the included M6 harware to fasten the bottm of the mount to the OEM fog light mount.
