FAQ:

Q: My Air Mattress looks like it has a leak or it's not firm enough after a few hours of use. Can I return it or get a replacement?

A: Yes, absolutely. If you received a product with a manufacturer defect, you can contact us at [email protected] to request a return or replacement. However, before doing so, please make sure that the issue is indeed due to a manufacturer defect. Our Air Mattress is made of Vinyl Material, which naturally stretches and expands during use. After being inflated and used for several days, the Air Mattress may lose some of its initial firmness due to the Vinyl expanding. This is normal and not the result of an air leak. You can add air to the mattress using the built-in Air Pump to regain your desired firmness level. Most customers may mistake this for an air leak, but it's not.

Q: If my Air Mattress has a leak, how can I find it and patch it?

A: First, make sure that the Air Mattress is actually leaking. Stretching is a natural characteristic of new vinyl, and the first few uses of the mattress may result in some stretching, which can cause the mattress to lose air. It's simply stretching under your body weight, and this is normal for the first few uses. To check the mattress for leaks, first make sure the Valves are secure and tightened. Next, mix liquid soap and wate r in a squirt bottle and spray it on the seams of the mattress. If there is a leak, it will cause bubbles to appear on the surface of the mattress. Note that laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work for this purpose. Once you have located the leak, clean and dry the leaking area before applying the patch that comes with your Air Mattress.

Q: Since my Air Mattress has flocking, how can I use the repair patch - it won't adhere to the flocking?

A: The repair patch is designed for vinyl surfaces only. However, fine sandpaper, or an emery board can be used to gently rub away the flocking. When that is complete, clean the area with nail polish removal solution so the repair patch will adhere to the bed.
