Emergency Operation
AC Operation:
AC power is present, The LED load from the LED driver is normal power supply, AC LED driver output current can not exceed 150W or 4A,the emergency driver is charging in a standby mode, The red LED light on to indicate that it is charging.
Operation:
When the AC power goes out, The emergency driver detects the AC power outage and automatically switch to the working emergency mode. The red LED light off. When the AC power is restored, the emergency driver backs to AC power working and starts re-charging, the red LED light on.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

- IMPORTANT: Customers are advised to charge emergency LED driver 24 hours every 6 months during storage.
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED Emergency Backup. Check for enclosed wiring and components.
- Risk of fire or electric shock. This LED Emergency Backup installation requires knowledge of luminaire electrical systems.If not qualified, do not attempt installation.Contact a qualified electrician.
- Before installing, make certain the AC power to the fixture is off.
- The electrical rating of this product is 100- 347Vac. Installer must confirm that there is 100- 347Vac to the fixture before installation.
- To prevent electrical shock only mate unit connector after installation is complete and before the AC power to the fixture is back on.
- Do not use in outdoor.
- This LED Emergency Backup unit requires an un-switched AC power source of 100- 347Vac, 50/60Hz The AC driver must be on the same branch circuit as the LED Emergency Backup unit.
- Do not let power supply cords touch hot surfaces.
- Do not mount near gas or electric heaters.
- Do not connect battery pack connector until all other wiring is complete and AC power is on.
- The emergency LED driver is for use with grounded, ULlisted LED luminaires, shall be enclosed by the LED luminaire and bonded to the grounding of LED luminaire.
- Verify that all replacement lamp types marked on the installed luminaire are also identified as suitable for use with this emergency battery pack.
- Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where it is not be subjected to tampering by unauthorized personnel.
- The use of accessory equipment is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause an unsafe condition.
- Do not use this equipment for other than its intended use.
- Use with grounded, UL Listed, dry or damp location rated fixtures.
Installation Guide
Chain Installation
- Hook the chain as below pic.
- Insert the hook into the slotted holes, as shown below.
- Hook up the chain on the ceiling anchor.
- Turn off power,and make wiring connections with terminal cap(see wiring instrucion below).
- Insert the terminal cap and wires into the driver box.
- Insert the wire terminal joint to the wire entry.
- Installation completed.
Pendant Mount Installation
- Fixed the junction box on the fixture with the provided hardware.
- Fixed the high bay on the steeve with provided hardware.
- Turn off power, and make wiring connections with terminal cap.(see wiring instrucion below)
- Attach both face plates to the Junction box with the provided hardware.
- Installation completed.
Surface Mount Installation
- Drill the alignment holes on the top ceiling, make them match to the holes on mounting bracket.
- Screw the anchors to holes on ceiling respectively.
- Screw the bracket to the ceiling.
- Attach the lamp to the hook fitting.
- Screw through the hook to the light fixture.
Sensor Base Installation
- Use a screwdriver to tilt up and down to open the knockout hole, as shown in Figure 1.
- Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws of the driver box cover and remove the driver box cover, as shown in Figure 2.
- Put the sensor base through the lifting hole, adjust the direction of the base to keep the base vertically downward, then tighten the nut, as shown in Figure 3.
- Using terminal to connect the purple wire of the sensor base DIM+, driver DIM+ and the lamp DIM+.Using terminal to connect pink wire of sensor base DIM-, driver DIM- and lamp DIM-. Using terminal to connect sensor 12V and power 12V lines, as shown in Figure 4.
- Pass the wires through the driver cover first, install the driver box cover on the lamp and fix it with screws, as shown in Figure 5.
Sensor Installation Installation
- The screwdriver unscrews the plug on the sensor base.
- The L-bracket is hand-screwed to the base
- The sensor is hand-screwed to the base
Note:
- The installation and maintenance must be completed by electricians or professionals.
- Please cut off the power before installation and maintenance.
- The thermally insulating material is not allowed to cover the fixture.
- Please keep away from the corrosive substance, and keep the fixture dry and clean.
- Working temperature: -4°F~104°F, storage temperature: -22°F~140°F.
General Wiring Diagram
The Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
