The digital piano will slightly puff when it is switched on. | Don’t worry. |
This is normal.
Pressing a key makes no sound, after the power is on.| Please check whether
the master volume is set properly, or whether the headphone jack is plugged
in, which will automatically cut off the built-in speaker system.
When using the sustain pedal, some sound sustains longer, some sustains
shorter.| This is normal. The tenuto of different sounds has been set to their
optimized length.
The volume is too low.| Please check whether the master volume is set
properly.
The speaker makes noise when a cell phone is nearby.| The cell phone will
interfere when it is nearby. Please keep the cell phone away from the keyboard
to avoid the jam.
The pitch doesn’t match with the key while playing.| Turning off Split
function, resetting Transpose/Octave to zero, or resetting A4 Tuning will
solve the problem.
The demo song distorts or interrupts.| Maybe it has been playing in maximum
power for a long time so that the circuit board self-protection system is
activated in case of overheat Turning down the volume or powering off the
keyboard for a while will solve the problem.
There are two sounds at the same time while playing.| Maybe the Dual Voice
function is turned on. Turning off Dual Voice will solve the problem.
Key touch is different from before.| This keyboard has 5 touch response
levels. Maybe you have chosen different levels. You can adjust the touch
response again.
The pitch doesn’t change when Split function is turned on.| Please check
whether the octave shift function is turned on.
The system crashed, and it still doesn’t work after powering on again.| Please
