The NUX REC TO DISTORTION pedal from the Reissue Series has a heavy distortion sound with a tight bass response. It utilizes a pure analog circuit to simulate that typical famous American pre-amp high gain tone from the 90s’!

Product Interface

  1. POWER Jack
    Use a regulated 9V DC adapter with Negative Tip to power this pedal. It’s highly recommended using the optional NUX ACD-006 Adaptor. Using an incompatible adaptor may cause noise or malfunction.

  2. BASS Knob
    Sets the amount of low frequency.

  3. GAIN Knob
    Sets the preamp gain. Turning it up will increase the distortion amount.

  4. TREBLE Knob
    Sets the amount of high frequency.

  5. MASTER Knob
    Controls the output volume of this pedal.

  6. OUTPUT Jack
    Connect an amplifier to this jack.

  7. INPUT Jack
    Connect your guitar to this jack. Plugging in this jack switches on the power whether the effect is engaged or bypassed. When not using this pedal, disconnect the cable from this jack to save battery life.

  8. ON/OFF Switch
    Turns On/Off the effect.

Installing The Battery

A battery is supplied with the unit. Connect the snap cord to the battery and insert the battery as shown in the drawing. When the battery runs down the sound will change. In such case please replace it with a new battery. The power comes on when you insert the plug into the INPUT jack. The use of an AC adaptor is recommended as the unit’s power consumption is relatively high.
