OVERVIEW
HOW IT WORKS
- Connect the USB-C to USB-C cable to the 3-in-1 Wireless Charger.
- Plug the other end of the cable into the included USB-C Wall Charger.
- Connect the Wall Charger to a power outlet. Earphones charging indicator will light up blue.
- Place your phone, watch and earphones on the designated charging pads.
- NOTE: Ensure proper alignment for efficient charging. Misalignment may result in slower charging or failure to charge.
- If foreign items are on,
- the Phone charging pad, the yellow light will flash for 5 seconds.
- the Earphones charging pad, its charging indicator will flash for 5 seconds.
- Press the yellow light switch repeatedly to cycle between high brightness, low brightness, breathing and off modes.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Charging issues:
- Ensure devices are aligned properly on charging pads.
- Remove any cases or accessories that may interfere with charging.
- If the Earphones charging indicator or the yellow light flashes for 5 seconds, check for foreign objects on charging pads.
- Ensure that your non-MagSafe and non-Apple devices support wireless charging before placing them on the charging pad.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Remove any foreign objects, such as metal or magnetic cards, from the charging pad to avoid interference with charging or potential damage to devices.
- Avoid covering or blocking the charging dock during use to prevent overheating. Ensure proper ventilation to maintain optimal performance.
- Do not expose the wireless charger to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Keep the charger away from liquids and moisture.
- Avoid excessive force while folding and unfolding to prevent damage to the product.
- Switch off the wall charger when the wireless charger is not in use.
- Clean the wireless charger with a soft, dry cloth.

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
Laser warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Through a network of retailers and resellers, Laser will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair, or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper storage. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
How to make a product warranty claim:
- Find your receipt with date of purchase. If this is not available, Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, condition of the product and type of defect.
- Please contact your original place of purchase. They will assess the nature of the fault and refund or replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy.
- If your original place of purchase cannot be contacted, please contact Laser with a description of the fault. To assist our team in providing you with a quick resolution, please include and photos and/or a short video demonstrating the fault with your product.
