Layout

Transmitter (TX)

  1. Power jack: DC 5V/1 A

  2. HDMI Input: Connect to HDMI source

  3. Reset Button: Press to restart the device

  4. RJ4S Out: Connect to Receiver with Cat6 cable

  5. KVM Indicator:
    Light Off: the USB port and the computer have not established a connection
    Light Flash: the KVM data is transmitting
    Steady On: the USB port is connected to the computer, but no KVM data is transmitted

  6. Power/Signal Indicator:
    Light Flash: it is powered on, but no video data is transmitted
    Steady On: the video data is transmitting

  7. USB Port: Connect to the USB port of PC for receiver’s Keyboard & Mouse use.

Receiver (RX)

  1. Power jack: DC 5V/1 A

  2. HDMI Output: Connect to HDMI display

  3. Reset Button: Press to restart the device

  4. RJ4S In: Connect to Transmitter with Cat6 cable

  5. KVM Indicator:
    Light Off: the USB port and the computer have not established a connection
    Light Flash: the KVM data is transmitting
    Steady On: the USB port is connected to the computer, but no KVM data is transmitted

  6. Power/Signal Indicator:
    Light Flash: it is powered on, but no video data is transmitted
    Steady On: the video data is transmitting

Q & A

Q: Why the Power LED is off?
• Please check if the power supply is connecting well and the output voltage value is correct as recommended 5V/1A.

Q: Why does the power indicator always flashes?
• Check whether the network cable is uses IEEE-568B wiring standards.
• Check whether the source device and the transmitter are connected well.
• Reset the transmitter or receiver and connect it again.

Q: Why is the output image unstable?
1. Check whether the length of the UTP cable connected from TX to RX is within 4K@30Hz video up to 130ft/40m, 1080p@60Hz video up to 230ft/70m
2. The length of HDMI cable is recommended to be ≤33ft/1 0m.
