Instructions
Bluetooth pairing
- Step 1: After taking out the charging compartment, the headphones will automatically turn on or press and hold the touch area for 3 seconds to turn on.
- Step 2: The indicator light flashes alternately red/white, and the headphones automatically pair. After pairing, the white light in the secondary ear turns off, and the host flashes alternately red/white, indicating waiting for a Bluetooth connection.
- Step 3: Open the Bluetooth panel of the smart device, search for DW-Q11, and click to complete the connection.
Power on/off
- Power on: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the phone, the indicator light will flash alternately red/white, and the headphones will automatically pair. After pairing, the white light in the secondary ear will go out, the red/white light in the main unit will flash alternately, and the white light in the left and right ears will go out when the phone is connected.
- Power off: Press and hold for about 3 seconds to turn off the earphones, and the earphone indicator light will remain red for 1 second.
Incoming call
- Click (on incoming or call): Answer/end
- Long press for 1 second on the left or right ear (during an incoming call): reject
Listen to music
- Click (while listening to music): Play/Pause
- Double-click left or right earphone: Next song
- Triple-click on the left or right earphone: Last song
Voice assistant
- Press and hold the right earphone for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant (press and hold to hear the sound and let go).
Indicator light description
- Charging indicator light: The charging red light remains on for a long time, and the fully charged white light remains on for 30 seconds before turning off.
- When the battery is below 3.3V, a low battery prompt will appear once every 30 seconds and the indicator light will flash red once every 5 seconds. When the battery is 3.0V, the headphones will automatically turn off.
- When charging the battery pack, the red light breathes (with a breathing cycle of about 4 seconds) and remains on for a long time after being fully charged
Precautions for use
- To ensure your safety, please do not wear or place the headset too close to the pacemaker (less than 10CM); do not insert the plug into a power outlet.
- Children should use this device under adult supervision. This product is not a toy. Using headphones at high volume-especially for long periods—may cause damage to your hearing.
- Therefore, before switching between various audio sources or plugging in headphones, set the volume control to the lowest.
- For traffic safety, do not use earphones while driving or riding a bicycle.
CAVEAT
- The battery must not be disassembled, hit, squeezed, or thrown into fire. Do not expose the battery to conductive materials, liquids, fire, or high temperatures.
- Improper battery replacement will cause explosion hazard, please do not replace the battery privately.
- Do not allow metal objects to touch the terminals of the battery. If the battery is swollen, leaking, discolored, peculiar, or has any other abnormalities, do not continue to use it.
- Do not place the product in a place where the temperature is too low, do not drop, vibrate strongly, or hit the product with hard objects to avoid damage; do not use the battery after it is immersed in water.
- if the battery leaks, be careful and dispose of the battery immediately under local battery disposal laws and regulations.
