Applies to Alloy wheels only.
These accessory wheel lug nuts and wheel locks must NOT be applied to steel
wheels or a temporary spare tire. The factory lug nuts must be used, when
needed, to secure a temporary spare tire.

FMVSS 110 Compliance Information
All dealers must determine if the Net weight they have added in the form of
all options or accessories, when added to the weight of all Port/Dealer
Installed options or accessories, exceeds the lesser of 1.5% of GVWR or 100
lbs. If the additional weight does exceed the lesser of the indicated
thresholds, a “Load Carrying Capacity Reduced” label must be installed. A
black, fine-point, indelible marker must be used to write by hand onto the
label, the reduced carrying capacity in kilograms or pounds, which is the
total weight of all added options and accessories.

Notes to the installer
- Read the entire Installation Instructions prior to beginning the installation of this accessory.
- If applicable, scan the barcode label located on the accessory part or packaging prior to installing, to register the part. If this accessory is installed as a replacement, register the removal of the old part before registering the new part. Old and new parts will have different barcode data, and the old registration cannot be reused.
- Make sure the vehicle is completely clean and dry in the area(s) the part is to be installed.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly protected in the area(s) that the accessory is to be installed.
- NEVER place tools on painted surfaces, seating surfaces, dash pad, console or floor carpet/mats.
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, safety glasses, etc., when required.
- Roll down the driver’s window and adjust the power seats (if applicable) prior to disconnecting battery power, if needed.

- A. Position the vehicle on a vehicle lift.
- B. Remove wheel center caps if caps cover the lug nuts then, using a breaker bar and 21mm deep socket, break free all twenty (20) lug nuts securing the wheels.
- C. Raise vehicle and remove all lug nuts from each wheel.
- D. Place five (5) lug nuts into the supplied pouch and discard the remaining fifteen (15) lug nuts.

- Install four (4) lug nuts first, followed by one (1) wheel lock, onto each wheel, then snugly tighten using breaker bar, 21mm deep socket and wheel lock key.
- NOTE: To tighten the wheel locks, place the wheel lock key on top of the wheel lock then turn until the key and wheel lock patterns engage. Place the 21mm deep well socket on the key, and while applying inward pressure on the key, turn clockwise. Do NOT use an impact gun to tighten the wheel locks.
B. Lower the vehicle.

Using a torque wrench, 21mm deep socket and wheel lock key, torque each lug nut, including the wheel locks to the recommended torque specifications found in the vehicle’s owners manual, using a star pattern tightening sequence as shown above.
NOTE: Do NOT use an impact gun to torque the wheel locks. -
Place the wheel lock key into the supplied pouch.
| CAUTION! Do not over-torque the lug nuts / wheel locks. Do not scratch the
wheels. Use of an impact gun may cause permanent damage to the wheel locks and
wheel lock key.

N O T E
| A. Attach the pouch to the vehicle lug wrench (if equipped) by sliding the
lug wrench through the elastic sleeve. Alternately, store securely in a
suitably sized empty compartment under the cargo load floor in the luggage
compartment.
