Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, mark the location of the mounting holes according to the individual product specifications. Ensure that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface is no higher than 40 inches (1015mm) above the finished floor. For lit mirrors, measure to the innermost edge of the lit portion.
- Using the provided #14 round slotted wood mounting screws, install them into the pre-marked holes. Note that all mirrors must be installed in contractor-supplied blocking.
- Slide the mirror assembly onto the screws and ensure that each screw sits securely at the top of the keyhole slot.
Troubleshooting:
If you encounter any issues with the mirror, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- If the mirror doesn’t light up, check the connection between the mirror and the building’s wiring. Also, verify that there is power coming out of the power supply and 120V power coming out of the building’s junction box. Additionally, ensure that the tape light has not been unplugged from the power supply.
- If only part of the mirror won’t light up, it may be due to a bad LED. However, before assuming this, follow the previous steps to ensure all connections are done correctly.
Note: The above mirror image is for reference only. Refer to the dimensional drawings provided for each individual mirror for specific details on size, power supply placement, keyhole slots, and more.
