• We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of our Airbrush Suction Unit. We appreciate your trust. That‘s why functional security and operational safety stands in the first place for us.
• To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully. Please observe all safety precautions and instructions for the proper use of the airbrush components.
• Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage.
• Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully at any time you can restore them.

IN GENERAL

• The Suction Units are developed according to the newest stand of technology, manufactured with much care, and go under strict intensive controls.
• Make sure after unpacking that the data given on the type label matches with the included operating instructions. In the case of doubt is not to be used.
• Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor on the shipping invoice and us in written form.

RANGES OF APPLICATION

• Airbrush spray booth can be used in: Figurines, cups, nail design, Model making, handicrafts and much more.
• Important note: please pay attention before commissioning the Airbrush Suction Unit!
  • Please, inform yourself in the literature or on the Internet about the working methods and techniques before starting work.
  • We sell only tested products. These are strictly for personal use.
  • Claims for damages for improper disassembly and cleaning can not be accepted.

STARTUP AND INSTALLATION

1. Open the box.
2. Assemble the base plate A and the two side plates B and C.
3. Assemble the upper ramp plate D (Five inserts need to be staggered).
4. Assemble the top cross plate E.
5. Install the fan connector with screws.
6. Turn the hose counterclockwise to connect it to the fan connector.
7. Now connect the exhaust to the hose by turning it counterclockwise.
8. Insert the power plug into the socket, and switch on the device.

Note: The filter of the spray booth is replaceable and can be easily changed.
The following controls should be carried out regularly:

• That the cable is not damaged
• That the hoses are not bent or broken
• Caution!: Before each work on the Airbrush Suction Unit the security tips are to be followed.

SECURITY TIPS

• Keep away from children! It is not a toy!
• The unit should not be taken by persons commissioning, which are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• Please, check before every use that the electrical connections as well as the cable are intact.
• Moreover, it is not recommended to carry out technical modifications. First, it is not sure whether these changes are technically flawless, and secondly, no guarantee can be therefore granted.
• Obey valid regulations on the electrical security
• Pay attention to the Ambient temperatures between +5 and +40 ° C
• Never leave the appliance exposed to dust, acids, vapors, explosive or flammable gasses, or atmospheric agents (rain, sun, fog, snow)
• The unit may be not be used in areas with steam or moisture, or near water.
• Never use the appliance on your bare feet or with wet hands or feet.
• Never pull on the electrical cable or hose.
• Avoid pinching or kinking hoses or cables.
• The device is to be secured/protected through an RCD circuit breaker (release current 30 mA).
• The unit should not be used if it is damaged.
• Please avoid inhaling the spray mist.

The manufacturer explains:

• To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages based on carelessness or disregard for the instructions in this book.
• To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the device

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the connections and connect the power plug
The device is not switched on| Switch the device ON on the rear panel with the red power switch
The suction path is blocked or leaking| Check that the plastic sleeve is firmly connected to the ventilation grille and that the connections do not have any leaks.

WARRANTY

GUARANTEE REGULATIONS / STATUTORY WARRANTY

For all manufacturer defects and material defects we grant the legal guarantee time (new and unused product). In such cases, we take over the exchange or the repair of the device. Forwarding expenses are not carried by us.
The guarantee is not valid with:

• Material wear (sealing rings, impeller wheels, impeller chambers)
• Unjustified interventions or changes in the device
• Damages by selffault
• Improper servicing and improper use

Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

NOTES ON DISPOSAL

• Electrodevices of our company, labeled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin, are not permitted to be disposed of in your household garbage.
• We are registered at the German registration department EAR under the WEEE-No. DE79535656.
• This symbol means, that you’re not allowed to treat this product as a regular household waste item – it has to be disposed of at a recycling collection point of electrical devices.
• This is the best way to save and protect our earth.
