THIS OUTDOOR FIRE PIT IS FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY!
USE ONLY ON BRICK, CONCRETE, STONE OR OTHER MASONRY SURFACES!
DO NOT USE ON LAWNS, WOODEN DECKS, ARTIFICIAL WOOD OR ASPHALT!
KEEP THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT A MINIMUM OF 10 FT. AWAY FROM BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ANY FLAMMABLE ITEMS AND VEHICLES.
NEVER USE UNDER LOW HANGING TREE BRANCHES, TRELLIS, OVERHANGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COVERED PORCHES.
WARNING! NEVER USE GASOLINE, ALCOHOL OR VOLATILE FLUIDS TO START OR RESTART FIRES.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT FIREBOWL, THE FIREBOWL MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES!
THIS FIRE PIT MUST BE USED ON A LEVEL SURFACE.
FIREWOOD MUST BE KEPT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE FIREBOWL.
FIREWOOD MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANY PART OF THE SCREEN.
FOR LONGER PRODUCT LIFE, KEEP FIRES TO A RESPECTABLE SIZE, DO NOT OVERLOAD.
THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT IS FOR ADULT USE ONLY.
DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME WHILE IN USE.
DO NOT MOVE THE FIRE PIT DURING USE.
DO NOT USE IN WINDY CONDITIONS!
DO NOT USE FOR BURNING LEAVES OR GARBAGE.
USE CAUTION WHEN TENDING THE FIRE, AS SURFACES WILL BECOME VERY HOT WHILE IN USE.
USE MITTENS OR GLOVES TO OPEN THE SPARK GUARD DOOR, THE HANDLE AND SPARK GUARD WILL BECOME VERY HOT!!
USE CAUTION AROUND THE FIRE PIT, AS HOT STEAM OR A FLARE UP COULD CAUSE BURNS.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EMPTY OR REMOVE THE FIREBOWL FROM THE FIRE PIT DURING USE.
BEFORE EACH USE MAKE SURE THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
USE CAUTION AFTER THE FIRE HAS BEEN EXTINGUISHED, SURFACES WILL REMAIN HOT FOR SOME TIME.
THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT MUST BE COMPLETELY COOLED OFF AND ALL EMBERS MUST BE EXTINGUISHED BEFORE ANY COVER CAN BE USED.

PARTS LIST

When unpacking the ﬁre pit from the carton, make sure you ﬁnd and become familiar with all the parts listed below. Use caution as some parts may have sharp edges.

FIRE PIT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

A Phillips or plain screwdriver and an adjustable wrench are needed for assembly.
Assembly time: 45 minutes

STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE BOTTOM
Find (6) bottom screen sections [ B ] and assemble together using (12) 13MM bolts [ U ], (6) 25MM bolts [ R ] and (18) hexnuts [ W ]. Assemble the 25MM bolt in the center as shown. Only ﬁnger tighten at this time.
STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE LEGS
Assemble the (3) legs [ Q ] to the bottom screen sections using (6) hexnuts [ W ] and (6) ﬂat washers [ Z ]. Note to evenly space the legs. Securely tighten the bolts.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE CENTER RING
Place the center ring [ C ] on the bottom screen sections and align with the top holes.
Assemble using (6) 20MM bolts [ S ] and (6) hexnuts [ W ]. Securely tighten the bolts after all bolts have been started, including the (18) bolts on the bottom screen sections. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE STORE.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE TOP SCREEN SECTIONS
Find the top screen sections [ E,F,G ] and assemble together using (6) 10MM bolts [ T ] and (6) capnuts [ X ]. Assemble with the cap nuts on the OUTSIDE. Finger tighten only.
STEP 5: ASSEMBLE THE CONNECTING RING
Assemble the connecting ring [ L ] to the top screen sections using (4) 13MM bolts [ U ] and (4) hexnuts [ W ]. Tighten all bolts in STEPS 4 and 5 securely.
STEP 6: ASSEMBLE THE DOOR SCREEN SECTIONS
Find the door screen sections [ H,J,K ] and assemble together using (6) 13MM bolts [ U ] and (6) hexnuts [ W ]. Finger tighten only.
STEP 7: ASSEMBLE THE CONNECTING RING WITH HANDLE
Assemble the connecting ring with handle [ M ] to the door screen sections using (4) 13MM bolts [ U ] and (4) hexnuts [ W ]. Tighten all bolts in STEPS 6 and 7 securely. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE STORE.

STEP 8: ASSEMBLE THE TOP SCREEN SECTIONS TO CENTER RING
Assemble top screen section assembly [ E,F,G ] to the center ring [ C ] using (2) 13MM bolts [ U ] and (2) hexnuts [ W ]. Tighten securely.
STEP 9: ASSEMBLE THE HANDLES TO THE FIREBOWL
Assemble the (2) handles [ N ] to the ﬁrebowl [ O ] using (4) hexnuts [ W ]. Tighten securely but do not overtighten or the porcelain will be cracked.
STEP 10: PLACE THE FIREBOWL
Place the ﬁrebowl [ O ] inside and on the bottom of the ﬁre pit.
STEP 11: ASSEMBLE THE DOOR SCREEN SECTION ASSEMBLY
Assemble the door screen assembly [ H,J,K ] to the pivot pins as shown. Squeeze the ends of the door together if necessary and insert into the pins. Assemble using (2) 40MM bolts [ V ], (2) ﬂat washers [ Z ], (2) lock washers [ Y ] and (2) hexnuts [ W ]. Tighten securely. COVER
Add cover [ P ] to ﬁre pit. Keep the ﬁre pit out of the weather and elements. Use cover only after the ﬁre pit is completely cool to the touch.

HELPFUL HINTS:

ADDING 5 LBS OF SAND TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FIREBOWL WILL EXTEND THE FIREBOWL LIFE.
KEEP THE FIRE PIT OUT OF THE WEATHER AND ELEMENTS.
STORE THE FIRE PIT IN A DRY LOCATION OUT OF THE WEATHER.
DO NOT LET THE FIREBOWL FILL WITH WATER.
DO NOT DUMP ASHES WHERE A FIRE CAN BE STARTED.
DISPOSE OF ASHES IN PROPER RECEPTACLE ONLY AFTER ASHES HAVE COOLED.
USE ANY COVER ONLY AFTER THE FIRE PIT IS COMPLETELY COOL TO THE TOUCH.
