Safety

General Safety

Ensure the light is fully charged before initial use.
DO NOT turn the light on when it is being charged.
DO NOT shine directly into your, another person’s, or an animal’s eyes.
DO NOT allow children to use the light.
DO NOT handle or move the light whilst it is being charged.
DO NOT use the light if you suspect that the battery or the light casing is damaged.
DO NOT leave the battery in a discharged state, recharge the battery immediately.

Battery Safety

DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify, or service the battery pack.
DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in fire or water.
Recycle or dispose of used batteries as stipulated by local regulations.

BATTERY SAFETY

WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:

DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in fire or water.
DO NOT expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
Recycle or dispose of used batteries as stipulated by local regulations.
If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash it with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medical attention

OVERVIEW

INTRODUCTION

Super bright 5W COB LED light source producing 600 lumens and 1W SMD LED torch producing 100 lumens of light. The light body twists 360° and light arm tilts 180° to provide light at any angle. Features a swivel hanging hook and rubber- covered magnet on the base, which allow hands-free operation. 3.7V 2.6Ah lithium-ion battery for longer life, no memory effect, and a much slower discharge than traditional Ni-MH batteries. Long operating time of 3.5 hours at 600 lumens. Charges via a USB Type-C cable (Supplied).

OPERATION

CHARGING THE LIGHT

Connect the USB cable to the USB INPUT on the side of the light.
Plug the USB cable into a suitable 5V 1A outlet or mains adapter (not included).
NOTE: ensure the light is turned OFF whilst charging.

OPERATING THE LIGHT

WARNING! Direct the lens away from your eyes before switching on the light.
Use the ON/OFF button to cycle between the main light and the torch on the end.
The light may be suspended by the hook on the rear of the light or attached to any ferrous surface by using the magnet in the tilting base

MAINTENANCE

Keep the torch clean by wiping it with a damp cloth.
Store torch in a dry childproof area

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

WEEE REGULATIONS
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd is required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. Jack Sealey Ltd’s Batteries Producer Registration Number (BPRN) is BPRN00705.
