Product Usage Instructions

Antenna Installation:

If the router has detachable antennas, ensure they are securely installed.

SIM Card Insertion:

Insert your Nano SIM card into the SIM slot with the gold contacts facing down until you hear a clicking sound. Avoid hot-swapping and power off the system before inserting or removing the SIM card.

Power Connection:

Connect the power adapter to the router and wait for the system LED to turn solid on, which may take 2-5 minutes.

LED Indicators:

Check the LED status:

  • Solid Blue/Purple: Router connected to cellular network
  • Solid Red: Router needs configuration

Connection Methods:

A. Wi-Fi Connection:
Connect to the router’s Wi-Fi using the SSID and Password printed on the device.

B. Wired Connection:
Turn off Wi-Fi on your device and connect it to the router’s LAN port using an Ethernet cable.

Router Configuration:

Open a browser and enter the provided URL to set up the router following the on-screen instructions.

SIM PIN Input:

If prompted, input the SIM PIN provided or contact your carrier for assistance.

Router Setup:

Follow the on-screen instructions to configure settings such as Timezone, Wireless networks, and APN profiles.

Q: What should I do if the system LED is flashing red?

A: If the LED is flashing red, it indicates that the router needs to be configured. Follow the setup instructions provided in the manual to complete the configuration process.

Q: Can I use a different SIM card size other than Nano SIM?

A: No, this router is designed to work with Nano SIM cards only. Using a different size may cause damage to the SIM slot.

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the antennas if there are detachable antennas.

  1. Check the LED.

    • When the system LED is solid red, please continue to configure the router.

Note: If the cellular signal strength is weak, try placing the 4G router near windows and check again.

  1. Connect to the router via A or B method.

    • A Wi-Fi: Connect your device to the router’s Wi-Fi using the SSID (network name) and Password printed on the bottom of the router.

  *  **B Wired:** Turn off the Wi-Fi on your computer and connect it to the router’s LAN port via an Ethernet cable.
