- Use the power cord and plug correctly to avoid any accidents. We recommend dusting the plugs regularly and unplugging them when not in use.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Do not knot the wires.
- Do not pull the appliance by it’s power cord.
- Do not vacuum flammable objects or hot ashes.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the vacuum as this will void your warranty.
- Do not use this appliance for any other reason than it’s intended purpose.
- Do not use outdoors.
- If the nozzle is blocked, ensure to clear it before using the appliance again.
- Do not sit or lean on the appliance.
- When unplugging the appliance, do not pull on the cord.
Warning
- This product’s main purpose is to remove dirt by scrubbing. The water in the water tank should not exceed 40°C.
- Do not use art crafts, water-weak fibers such as silk, modal, rayon, and copper-ammonia silk fabrics, as well as water-weak products like fur, leather products, soft clothing, solid wood furniture, lacquered wood products, lacquer ware, and other easily scratched surfaces such as floors or table tops.
- Do not tilt or drop the appliance as this could damage the appliance and cause a spillage.
To prevent power failure, please refrain from using the waste water tank
beyond the max water level as this may result in bubbles overflowing. Dump the
sewage water once the max water level is reached.
Before using any detergent, ensure that it is safe for use on the cleaning
object and will not cause any damage.
Do not place the appliance on any wool objects, this will block air outlets
causing the unit to over-heat.
Do not attempt to vacuum any of the following objects.
- High quantities of sand and pebbles
- Sharp objects like pins and tack’s
- Broken glass
- Plastic backs
Main body
When moving the appliance, place the suction handle on the handle hanger and neatly roll the power cable onto the power cable rack.
Getting started
- Install the handle hanger on the appliance.
- Ensure the cover of the cleaning tank is closed.
- To avoid any failure, only use tap water or alkaline, ionized water when filling the water tank. Do not add any other type of water.
- Always empty the water tanks after using the appliance, as storing the water could cause mold.
- Insert the hose into the interface of the appliance and snap it into place.
- Open the clean water tank lid and pour clean water into it (max 1400ml).
- When using the handle. Hold the handle with the nozzle pointing downwards and press the jet handles several times.
Using your Deep Cleaner

Plug in the appliance.

Press the power button on the appliance to switch it on.

Hold the handle firmly while washing and vacuuming.
A. Do not spray water continuously on same area as too much water could be absorbed into your carpet or sofa and could lead to mildew over time.
B. Focus on small areas in order to vacuum up the water directly after spraying it. -
Switch off your appliance and unplug it.
A. Do not pull out the plug by the cord, rather pull on the plug itself. -
Empty the water tanks and clean them thoroughly and dry.
Stubborn Stains
- Spray some detergent on the stain area and leave for a few minutes.
- Ones the stains have lifted from the surface, you can vacuum them.
- Do not pour detergent into the cleaning tank.
- Before using any detergent. Use a small amount to ensure it does not decolor or damage your furniture.
- Do not use diluent, volatile oils, chlorinated bleach or inflammable solvents or solvents.
- When the foam in the water tank exceeds the max line, stop using the appliance and empty the tank as excess water could overflow and leak into the engine.
Removing Stains
- Apply detergent to the affected area and use the brush on the nozzle to brush it out.
- Once the stain has lifted you can use the vacuum to soak it up.
- Using water that below 40°C will be more efficient.
Maintenance
- Before doing any maintenance on the appliance, with it off and unplug it.
- Do not get the main unit wet.
- Do not add diluent, volatile oils, chlorinated bleach or inflammable solvents or solvents to your appliance.
- Do not use chemical rags.
- Use as soft moist cloth to wipe the appliance.
- With stubborn stains on the appliance, you can use a small amount of sunlight to clean it.
- Always check the nozzle for obstruction.
- Check the pipe for any bursts.
- Always wash and dry the water tanks after using the appliance.

- Original proof of purchase must be produced.
- All accessories that come with the product are returned, and complete in all respects. Any item received with the product purchased must be returned.
- All products carry a 14 day money back guarantee and an exchange if the product is unopened or unused, unless expressly indicated on the product. Thereafter item is to be booked for a repair.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging. Molex reserves the right to refer products to the head office for assessment when an in-store decision regarding defect cannot be taken.

- instances where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Standard Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of
poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become
aware of the defect or poor quality, but in any event within 12 months after
delivery/collection of the product.
Once we have inspected the product and satisfied ourselves that the product is
defective, we will at your choice repair/ replace the product (if such repair
is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) OR
credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if
that is your preference).
Where you request a repair or a replacement of a refurbished, reconditioned
product or used product and a repair is not possible, we will do our best to
replace the product but at your own cost.
