Thank you for choosing this product. Read all instructions before
assembling and using this product.
Assembly for Foldable Soft Foam Mat
1.1 Insert the strap ends through the slots on each corner as shown. 1.2
Secure the strap through the slide adjuster by following the arrows.
1.3 Lay the mat flat on floor. Start with one corner. 1.4 Follow the crease
and fold the corner in half creating a triangle. Slip the folded triangle
under the strap.
1.5 Adjust the strap to make sure the triangle is trapped tightly. Repeat for
all other corners.
Easy Storage
2.1 Lay the mat flat on floor with solid color side facing-up.
2.2 Follow the creases and fold the mat into 1/4 sections as shown in an “M”
shape towards the middle.
2.3 Make sure the mat is folded flat.
2.4 Follow the crease lines to a zig zag fold.
WARNING: Do not use on an elevated surface or near stairs. Use product
only on floor. Never allow babies to sleep on this product. Keep away from
fire. Adult supervision required at all times. Do not leave child unattended.
Packaging must be retained since it contains important information. To prevent
damage – Do not use ride-on toys on this mat. Do not allow pets on this mat.
Inspect the mat before each use and discard if damages are found. Remove all
plastic, thread, and/or wire packaging fasteners before giving any toy to a
child. In an effort to continually improve our products, the item inside this
package may vary slightly from the photographs. Conforms to safety
requirements of ASTM F963.
Care Instructions: Play mat: Surface clean only with a damp sponge or cloth.
