IMPORTANT: High Chair and Booster Seat Mode: This product is intended for children able to sit unaided (minimum 6 months) and up to 36 months or a maximum weight of 33 lbs (15 kgs). ALWAYS attach booster seat to adult chair with booster seat back in the fully upright position. Toddler Chair Mode: Maximum weight limit: 50 lbs (22.7 kgs)
WARNING FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries
including skull fractures after falling with and falling while in booster
seats, as well as falling from high chairs. • Falls can happen suddenly if
child is not restrained properly. • ALWAYS use restraints and adjust to fit
snugly.
• Stay near and watch your child during use. Never leave the child unattended.
• Falling Hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on the product. • Do not
use the product unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted. • Be
aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat in the
vicinity of the product. • Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can
push its feet against a table or any other structure. • Inspect product before
each use. Never use this product if any part is broken, torn, or missing.
Contact Infantino for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Do not use
accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the
manufacturer.
High Chair Use: The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by
the restraining system, either in the reclining or upright position. Always
use the restraint system. Adjust to fit snugly. The tray is not designed to
hold the child in the chair. • It is recommended that the high chair be used
in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright
unassisted. • Do not use this product until the child can sit up unaided. • Do
not use a harness other than that supplied with the product.
Booster Seat Use: IMPORTANT! Always attach booster seat to adult chair with
booster seat back in the fully upright position. • It is recommended that the
booster seat be used in the upright position only by children capable of
sitting upright unassisted. • Check that the booster seat is securely attached
to the adult chair before each use. Always use the chair attachment system and
ensure it is correctly fitted before use. • Until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without help (about 2 1⁄2 years old), the child should
be secured in the booster seat at all times by the restraining system. Adjust
to fit snugly. Always use the restraint system and ensure it is correctly
fitted. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair. • Always
secure both back and seat straps to adult chair. Always check the security and
the stability of the product on the adult chair before use. • Ensure that the
adult chair with the chair mounted seat is placed in a position where the
child is not able to use its feet to push against the table or any other
structure as this can cause the tip over of the adult chair supporting the
chair mounted seat. Never allow a child to push away from the table. • Do not
use this product on stools or benches. A backrest is needed for proper
attachment. • NEVER use this product in a motor vehicle.
• Do not use a harness other than that supplied with the product. • NEVER lift
or carry a child in booster seat.
Toddler Chair Use: Maximum weight limit 50 lbs (22.7 kgs). • Use product on
level surface.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD – When using in High Chair and Toddler
Chair modes, ALWAYS unbuckle both sets of adult chair attachment straps and/or
store them in the underside compartment.
Care Instructions: High Chair Tray and Meal Mat: Thoroughly wash the food
compartments of the high chair tray and tray insert before use, with mild soap
and a clean sponge or cloth. Air dry or dry with a clean cloth. Meal mat can
be cleaned in dishwasher on top rack only.
Plastic Components, Seat Pad, Safety Restraints, Legs: Surface clean only with
a damp sponge or cloth. Do not immerse in water.
Assembly – Child Restraints
IMPORTANT! ALWAYS double check that the restraint straps are properly attached (according to the following instructions) when they come pre- assembled in the product. Always use restraints and adjust to fit snugly. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
Assembly – Seatback
**IMPORTANT:** Seatback must properly “snap” into Seat during initial one-time assembly. Pull up on Seatback after snapping into place to ensure proper attachment.Once the seat back is installed, move the seat from the fully upright to fully reclined position a few times to make sure the seat is working properly. Refer to the use section of the manual for directions on operation of the recline.

**WARNING: Always assemble product to adult chair in Booster Seat Mode with seat back angle in most upright position to prevent unsafe fitting. Reclined position in High Chair Mode is intended for bottle feeding only. Never feed baby solid foods when in the reclined position.
