Thank you for purchasing the AstroAl digital dual-head tire pressure gauge.
This product has a backlit screen and a flashlight, making it possible to work at night. If you experience any problems while using this tool, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Press the Power button once to turn on the device and the “O.0” appears on the screen; press the Power button again to choose the desired unit (PSI, baf kPa. kg/cm’).
  2. Connect the dual head nozzle to your tire valve. Press firmly to ensure a good seal and to prevent air leakage. Hold the gauge until the reading stabilizes
  3. Quickly remove the gauge from the valve and read the pressure value.

NOTE:

  • To take the next measurement, repeat the above steps. There is no need to restart this product or reset its units.
  • The gauge will automatically shut off after either 20 or 60 seconds depending on the model. The gauge can be manually turned off by pressing and holding the “ON / UNIT / OFF” button for a few seconds.

CHANGING THE BATTERY

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the tire pressure gauge and remove the back cover.
  2. Locate the 2 x AAA batteries. Remove them from their place and replace with new batteries.
  3. Take special care to place the battery with the correct polarity. Replace the back cover.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Inaccurate and Unstable Readings

  • Adjust the angle between the air chuck and the tire valve to ensure a strong seal.
  • ± 2 PSI difference is normal.
  • Contact us for help. Does Not Have Normal Readings

Do not keep this item in low-temperature or other extreme environments.

  • This product only works on Schrader Valves.

Air Leakage

  • It is normal for small amounts of air to escape while connecting the gauge to a tire valve.
  • Check if there is a good seal between the chuck and tire valve.
  • Adjust the angle between the air chuck and tire valve.
  • Contact us for help.

Automatically Power On/Off

This device will shut off 20-60 seconds after use.

Flashing Screen

Replace the battery.

Device Won’t Turn On

  • Check if the battery is dead. If it is, replace it.
  • Check for physical damage to the device from drops or misuse.
