Battery Compartment
Quick Start for AccuSet (Auto Time Set)
- Turn the clock over & remove the battery door.
- Using the TIME ZONE switch move the marker to your time zone: eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii
- Slide the DST switch ON (Depending if it applies to your area).
- Insert 3 AA batteries into the battery compartment following the polarity symbols within the compartment.
- The Clock will fast-forward to the correct time.
Wall Mountable
For your convenience, the clock has been designed to be hung on the wall or rest on a flat level surface.
Setting The Alarm
- At the back of the clock, slide the LOCK switch to TIME before setting the alarm.
- At the top of the clock, press the ALARM SET button, the hour digit will be flashing.
- Press the UP or DOWN button to advance to the correct hour.
- Press the ALARM SET button again, the minute digit will be flashing.
- Press the UP or DOWN button to advance to the correct minute.
- Slide the LOCK switch back to LOCK after setting
Alarm Function
- Press the ALARM ON/OFF button to activate the alarm and the alarm ON indicator will be lit.
- Press the ALARM ON/OFF button again to deactivate the alarm and the alarm OFF indicator will be lit.
Snooze Function
Press the SNOOZE button after the alarm sounds will cause the alarm to stop and the alarm will sound again in 5 minutes. This will happen each time the SNOOZE buttons is pressed.
Backlight Function
Press the LIGHT button, the blue backlight will light up for 5 seconds.
DST Function (Daylight Savings Time)
- If you live in an area that applies to Day Light Savings Time, place the DST switch into the ON position. The clock will now adjust automatically each spring and fall to correct for the 1-hour time change.
- If you live in an area that doesn’t apply to Day Light Savings Time, such as Arizona, Hawaii, or parts of indiana, place the DST switch in the OFF position to deactivate the DST function.
Manual Date & Time Set Function
- At the back of the clock, slide the LOCK switch to TIME before setting the time and date.
- At the top of the clock, press and hold SET button 2 seconds. Year starts to flash.
- Press the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to set correct year. Press the SET button to confirm.
- The Month will flash, Press SET to confirm;
- The Date will flash, Press SET to confirm;
- Language will Flash, PressSET to confirm;
- Hours will Flash, Press SET to confirm;
- Minutes will Flash, Press SET to confirm;
- Return to Battery compartment, Slide the TIME Switch to LOCK.
- Repeat the same procedure for ALARM SET, using the ALARM SET button on top of clock.
- Make sure the TIME button is set to SET when setting alarm or time.

Replacing 3V Lithium Battery
The Accu-Set time memory is maintained by a lithium button call battery, model CR2032. The expected life of this battery is about 3 years. This battery is located in the battery compartment, left of the AA battery area. When the battery needs to be replaced, open the lithium battery compartment with a screwdriver and replace the CR2032 lithium battery observing the poarity. Then, close the compartment.
Lithium Battery Saftey Instructions
Keep button-cell batteries away from children. Swallowing a button-cell battery can be fatal. Do not burn or bury batteries. Do not puncture or crush. Do not disassemble. Recycle lithium batteries. Do not dispose of in the trash. If the electrolyte in the cells should get on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. If in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Battery Warning
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Follow the polarity (+) & (-) to place battery.
- Don’t mix old and new batteries.
- Don’t mix Alkaline, Standard (Carbon-Zinc), or Rechargeable (Nickel-Cadmium) batteries.
- Incorrect battery placement will damage the clock movement and battery may leak.
- Exhausted battery is to be removed from the product.
- Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time.
- Don’t dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.
