Safety Instructions

Caution
The device built in a lithium battery. Do not place or store the equipment in a hot and humid environment for a long time. If the equipment is not used for a long time, please fully charge the product.

Grinding Heads

Preparation Instructions

• Charging: Connect Type-C charging cable to the equipment charging port and interface adapter (not included) . When the device is charged, the indicator light will be red. When the battery power reaches 99%, the indicator light will be green.
• When the battery is low, the battery indicator will flash red. After the red charging indicator flashes for 3 minutes, the battery runs out of power and the product automatically shuts down.
• Charging takes about 40 minutes. The fully charged battery of the device can last for 2-4 hours.

Installation of grinding head:

• Step 1: Rotate the grindinghed locking system clockwise to unlocking mark(&), to unlock.
• Step 2: Remove the grinding head from the equipment.
• Step 3: Insert the grinding head you want to use.
• Step 4: Rotate the grinding head locking system counterclockwise to locking mark (8) to lock grinding head in place.

Usage

To ensure the correct operation of this product, please read the instructions carefully before use.

• Select and install accessories according to your needs. When installing the grinding head, firmly insert it into the bottom of the product and fix it.
• Turn on: press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device, the grinding head starts to rotate, and the “F’/”‘R” indicator lights up.
• Rotation direction switching: when the product is in working state, double click the power button quickly, and the grinding head can rotate alternately in the positive and negative directions. “F” indicator is on when forward rotation is selected and “R” indicator is on when reverse rotation is selected.
• Increase the rotation speed: press the “+” button briefly to increase the rotation speed by one level. The speed can be adjusted for 5 times at most.
• Decrease the rotation speed: press the “-” button briefly to decrease the rotation speed by one level.
• The speed can be adjusted for 5 times at most.
• Pause the device: When you need to stop using the device, briefly press the power button. The grinding head stops rotating, and the equipment enters standby mode. The standby time is 120 seconds. If there is no operation during this period, the device will automatically shut down.
• Turn off: After the equipment is used, long press the power button to turn off the equipment. You can also press the power button to pause the device, and it will automatically turn off after 120 seconds.
• Use while charging: You can use it while the device is charging. You can also wait until the product is fully charged before using it.
• Motor locking protection system: If the grinding head touches a hard surface, press with force, and all indicator lights flash continuously for 6 seconds to remind you to lift the grinding head. If you do not lift the grinding head from the surface, the device will automatically turn off after 6 seconds.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Before starting cleaning, make sure that the device is turned off.
• Do not immerse the equipment in water. Accessories can be cleaned separately.
• Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to clean the equipment surface.
• Do not use lubricants, cleaners, polishes or air fresheners on this equipment.
• Replace the spindle: This product can replace the spindle. When you use the equipment improperly and the product is noisy and does not rotate smoothly, you may need to replace the spindle. The steps and illustrations are as follows:

Replace and install the bearing:

• Step 1: Rotate the pen head counterclockwise, unscrew and take it out.
• Step 2: Remove the damaged spindle from the equipment.
• Step 3: Install the good spindle.
• Step 4: Rotate the pen head clockwise and install it into the device, and tighten it firmly.

Recycling

The built-in battery of the device may contain substances that pollute the environment. Remove the battery when handling this device. Do not enter fire or household waste through equipment and batteries. Please comply with local government regulations and properly handle the battery to help protect the environment.

• Q: The equipment does not work.
  A: Check whether the equipment is low in electricity and confirm whether it needs electricity generation; Please check whether the bit lock system forgot to lock; If you have other questions, please contact us via Message in time, and we will provide help within 24 hours

• Q: The drill bit cannot cooperate with the equipment or falls out.
  A: Please check whether the drill bit is correctly inserted and locked. You can also verify that the diameter of the bit is too large for the equipment bit inlet.

• Q: All device LEDs are flashing.
  A: The surface is too hard. You can increase the speed or grind from the surface.
