ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEDGING INTO DOOR FRAME

  1. Please note that the door frame needs to have a width between 63 to 93 cm to hold the Door Gym Bar.
  2. Put one silicon ring onto each end of the bar.
  3. Now hold the Door Gym Bar in a level position coaxial to the frame and turn both ends of the bar in opposite directions to extend or shorten the bar. Wedge the bar tightly into the door frame this way.
  4. Please make sure that the Door Gym Bar is fastened in a level position.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERMANENT MOUNTING WITH SCREWS

  1. First fix the Safety Cups to the door frame in the desired height of the Door Gym Bar. Make sure that both cups are positoned without inclination, coaxial to the frame. Each Safety Cup is fixed with 3 Screws.
  2. Fix one Plastic Block into each Safety Cup with a screw.
  3. Now put one Silicon Ring onto each end of the bar.
  4. Then hold the Door Gym Bar between the two Safety Cups and turn both ends of the bar in opposite directions to extend or shorten the bar.Ultrasport-331100000070-74-2-Way-Pull-Up-Bar-FIG-4
  5. Make sure that both ends of the bar are tightly wedged into both Safety Cups. The Plastic Blocks need to be positioned inside the Silicon Rings

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

  1. SIT-UPS: ABDOMINAL MUSCLES Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hooked under the bar, place your hands at the side of the front of your head or if too difficult alongside your hips sit up slowly to 45, then slowly lower yourself, stop briefly then repeat. Build up to a set of 1 0-20 steps.
  2. HANGING LEG RAISE: ABDOMINAL MUSCLES (Overhand grip and knuckles facing towards you) Hang from the bar with hands positioned in line with your shoulders, bend your knees and lift them as high as possible, lower them back to the starting position, (be careful not to swing.) Stop briefly then repeat build up to a set of 5 then increase as desired.
  3. WIDE GRIP CHINS: UPPER BACK BICEPS AND: Hang from the bar, with legs bent at the knees, pull yourself up trying to touch your chest to the bar, at the top of the movement, hold briefly then lower yourself to the starting position, your movement should be controlled not jerky or too fast. Do not cheat-make sure you complete the full range of movement. Gradually increase the repetitions as you progress.
  4. SHOULDER MUSCLES CLOSE GRIP CHINS: CHEST BICEPS AND SHOULDER MUSCLES (Underhand grip and knuckles facing away from you) Hang from the bar, with legs bent at knees, pull yourself up with head leaning slightly back, try to touch your hands, lower yourself to the starting position, your movement should be controlled not jerky or too fast. Do not cheat-make sure you complete the full range of movement. Gradually increase the repetitions as you progress.
