Product Usage Instructions

Start Preparation:

  1. Press and hold the power button to enter the setting tutorial after powering on;

  2. Select the system language and select the language option you need;

  3. Select WiFi, in this option you can connect to your WiFi, or click the “Set up offline ” button or the “Skip” button;(Note that tablets that only support 2.4GWiFi can only search and connect to 2.4GWiFi and cannot search for 5GWiFi signals)

  4. Date setting, set the current date and time, and then click the “Next” button;
    ( Note : After subsequent connection to the network, the time will be automatically calibrated)

  5. Google services, slide down to view all service content, and then click the “Accept” button;

  6. Protect Your Tablet, click the “Not Now” button or the “Skip” button to skip the settings;
    ( Note : If you set a lock screen password here, please remember the password you set. If you forget the password, you will not be able to enter the desktop and can only restore the factory settings;)

  7. The setup tutorial has been completed and you have successfully entered the desktop;

  8. There is an electronic manual on the desktop, click “User Manual” to view the full version of the manual;

Q: What should I do if I forget my lock screen password?
A : If you forget your lock screen password, you will need to restore the factory settings. Please remember your password to avoid this situation.

Q: Can the device connect to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi signals?
A : No, devices that only support 2.4GHz WiFi can only search and connect to 2.4GHz WiFi signals.
