Before using the product, carefully read the user manual and warranty information provided. Ensure proper installation and follow all safety warnings and recommendations to prevent accidents.

Installation
To install the bathroom heater, follow these steps:

1. Check that the installation height is more than 2.3 meters off the ground.
2. For window installation, fix the waterproof casing to the aluminum window frame using waterproof glue.
3. Connect the power cord and secure the main body into the hole with screws.

The bathroom heater comes with various functions controlled by the remote control:

FAQ

• Q: Can this product be installed on a wall or ceiling?
  A: The product is suitable for window installation only. For wall or ceiling installation, an additional air outlet fitting needs to be purchased separately.

• Q: How do I switch between high and low fan speeds?
  A: Press the SPEED button on the remote control to interchange between High Speed and Low Speed modes.

Warnings and Recommendations

WARNING: Must be absolutely prohibited behavior, otherwise it may cause damage or endanger the personal safety of users of the machine.

• Please ensure ground wire of the power cord is grounded, lest will lead to unit failure or leakage, there is a risk of electric shock.

• The installation of this product must be firm and reliable, in order to avoid danger.

• Must carried out in accordance with the safety requirements of the unit installation, electrical wiring by professionals.

• Modifying the product is banned, otherwise it may lead to damage of the product.

• The outdoor side of the exhaust pipe should be in downward slope, lower than the indoor side, in order to avoid condensation water flow back into the unit.

• Must install this product in accordance with the instructions specified in the manual.

• Before installation, please ensure that the power has been cut off.

• When the flammable gas leaks, stop using the product, turn it off.

• Do not cover the heat outlet, otherwise it may cause a fire due to overheating.

• Do not install the machine too close to the electrical outlet in order to avoid overheating.

• Prohibit using any programs or timer automatically connected to the power or any other devices to start this product, otherwise it may cause damage to the product or cause a fire.

• Please install this product away from the curtains and other flammable material to prevent any danger.

• Do not expose this product directly under the shower.

• Do not splash water on the product. If the product gets wet, do not use until checked by a professional when it is dried. Otherwise, may cause damage to the machine and its parts.

• It is forbidden to remove the electrical assembly during installation and use, otherwise it will cause electric shock or fire.

• This product is not suitable for the disabled, mental retarded or mental disorder, or those who have
  a lack of experience and common sense (including children) unless they are under guidance. During the period of maintenance, children should be taken special care of and do not let them play with the machine as toys.

• The children aged less than 3 year-old must stay away from the machine, unless continuous supervision and guidance is given by an adult. Children aged between 3 and 8 years old, they can only switch on or off the machine, with knowledge of relevant risk during usage and under guidance of an adult, if the machine is properly installed and in good condition; but they can not plug or unplug the machine, do complicated operation or repair it.

• Under no circumstances should the machine be covered by insulators or similar materials.

• There should be no cracks or gaps in the cross-section beam or supporting frame for the installing the machine.

• If the power cord is damaged, be sure to have it replaced by the manufacturer or their agent. Failure to follow this advice may result in death.

NOTICE : On product safety and the safety of users, must strictly operate according to the content of the warning.

• Parts must be installed stably, otherwise it may fall off and lead to injury.
• When installing the special parts such as mounting hardware, special components provided should be used, otherwise it may installed unstably, causing products to fall.
• Products must be installed in strong window frame, to support 5 times of the weight of the product , please be sure to take reinforcement measures, if unsure the installation is done properly.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Please correctly install the product in order to avoid the abnormal noise when it is used.
• Please use this product under rated requirements.
• Please set airflow intake to promote convection.
• If installed on the ceiling, the ceiling opening must be facing down, unit outlet facing downward vertically.
• Please take proper measures to prevent gas from the exhaust pipe or other fuel burning equipment flowing back to the room.
• When installation, please install in the power supply line “power switch”, the contact is not less than 3 mm, from negative load capacity rating not less than 250 V ~ 13 A, unit to connect or disconnect the power supply, this switch is installed in the bathroom of the lateral side and operation, installation height more than 2.3 m off the ground.
• Warning : Some assembly or parts may become quite hot or cause burning, Particular attention must be given to children or vulnerable people if they are at present.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
If not strictly observed, it could cause serious accidents such as personal injury or death.

• This product must be installed in the place where it is more than 2.3 m off the ground, and can bear the weight of the product.
• Do not installed on the sloping window frame.
• Please do not install in a sauna or steam bath, may cause failure.
• Please make sure that the machine is installed level with deviation less than ± 2 °.
• Please do not install in a place where organic solvents are used, it may cause failure.
• Please do not install in a place where sprays are used.
• Please do not install in a high temperature environment.
• Do not installed in an environment full of oily fumes.
• In order not to damage the product when installing the plastic parts, please do not apply too much pressure when locking the screws.
• Do not install the product in a public bathroom.
• Do not install the product inside the wardrobe.
• This product does not provide Switcher (complete power cutoff) and power leakage protection switch. Users have to buy separately.
• Under the extreme weather conditions (rainfall is greater than 240 mm/h, wind speed is greater than the no 8 signal), there may be water coming through the product framework into the bathroom.

Make sure that a switcher is available for completely cutting off the power, the diagram Below is for reference:

Window Type Installation

• Front cover size: 254mm*254mm
• Window frame size: 215mm*209mm

*Window type installation must be transverse installation.

NOTICE: This product is suitable for window installation. For wall or ceiling installation, an additional air outlet fitting needs to be purchased separately.

1. Install at the place of the aluminum framed window or replace the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
2. Fix the waterproof casing to the frame of the aluminum window. (waterproof glue must be used for waterproof)
3. After connecting the power cord, embed the main body into the hole with screws.

Functions

Instruction of Remote Control Button

Warm Function

• Press “ WARM ” button to start with a Warm mode for operation and indication light gets on. You can choose “High speed ” or “Low speed “ air volume by using the “SPEED” button.
• Timer : The default time is 2 hours. You can select the time duration by pressing the “+” or “-” of the “TIMER ” button, the time can be set form 1 hour to 24 hours. The remaining time will be showed on the LED display. The time selection will be recorded in memory when the machine is off, and will resume in your next usage.
• Stop : Press the “STOP ” button or when pre-set time is over, “WARM ” LED light gets off, the remaining time display will also be off, and the machine stops automatically. When the heater stops running, the fan will continuously run for about 25 seconds to cool down the PTC electric heater.

Preheat Function

• Press “PREHEAT ” button, the “PREHEAT ” indication lights gets on, air volume runs at “High Speed “ mode.
• The rest of the operation please refer to “WARM ” function.

Ventilation Function

24 Hours Ventilation Function

Note

During “24HR VENT. ” operation, press any other function button, the machine will shift to operate the latest selected function. The “Vent 24HRS” will continue to run after the latest selected function is finished. The timer will accumulate the time spent on other selected functions during the period, and will stop automatically after 24 hours.
Functions that can be performed during “24HR VENT. ” operation do not include “Ventilation Function” and “Delay Ventilation” function.

Dry Function

Press “DRY ” button to start with a DRY ” mode for operation and indication light gets on. You can choose “High Speed ” or “Low Speed ” air volume by pressing the “SPEED ” Button.
Timer: The default time is 4 hours, you can select the time duration by pressing the “+” or “-” of the “TIMER ” button, the time can be set form 1 hour to 24 hours. The remaining time will be showed on the LED display. The time selection will be recorded in memory when the machine is off, and will resume in your next usage.
Stop: Press the “STOP ” button or when pre-set time is over, “DRY ” LED light gets off, the remaining time display will also be off, and the machine stops automatically. When the heater stops running, the fan will continuously run for about 25 seconds to cool down the PTC electric heater.

Circulation Function

Fan Function

Press ”FAN ” button, to start with a ”FAN ” mode for operation and indication light gets on.  You can choose “High Speed ” or “Low Speed ” air volume by pressing the “SPEED ” Button.
Timer: The default time is 4 hours. You can select the time duration by pressing the “+” or “-” of the “TIMER ” button,, the time can be set form 1 hour to 24 hours. The remaining time will be showed on the LED display. The time selection will be recorded in memory when the machine is off, and will resume in your next usage.
Stop: Press “STOP ” button or when pre-set time is over, the machine will stops automatically, ”FAN ” indication will also be off.

Swing

• Start: Press “SWING ” button, the “SWING ” indication light gets on. When it is ”FAN mode, the default louver position is 90°.
• Please note the following conditions for using auto-swing with fan or electrical heat.
• Fan: When using for the first time, you need to wait after the swing motor gets to 30°to start the functions of: Auto Function, Fan function, Warm function, Preheat function, Dry function and CIR function.
• Electrical heat: When using for the first time, you need to wait after the swing motor gets to 30°to start the functions of: Heat function, Pre Heat function, Dry function.
• Auto-swing angle:When the fan is running, press the “SWING ” button, the louver position will turn from 90°to 30°and to 90°. Press “SWING ” button again, auto-swing function will stop.
• When press “STOP ” button or the pre-set time is over, the louver will return to 0° position. But it will resume in next usage, as recorded in memory.
• The below show how the auto-swing angle runs. First start→30~90°oscillation→Stop at any angle→turns on with 30~90°oscillation→Stop at any angle→Stop and shut off → 0°degree→Restart→Automatically memorize previous setting.

Anion Function

1. Start: Press “ANION ” button, the ionizer function is on and the “ANION ” indication light gets on.
2. Stop: When ionizer function is on, press the “ANION ” button will stop the function, and LED  display “ANION ” will be turned off.

Automatic Function

Safe Protection of Temperature Sensor

• Temperature sensor protection is only applicable to the functions of: “Auto Function ”, “Warm Function ”, “Preheat ”, and “Dry Function
• When the room temperature detection SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 50℃, the PTC heater will be Force OFF. Ventilation fan and the circulation fan will run by the original setting;
• When the room temperature detection SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 50℃ ~ 55℃, and the temperature has not dropped, the PTC heater is kept OFF, ventilation fan and the circulation fan will run by the original setting; (Between 50℃ ~ 55℃, the machine does not display the fault code “HE”, buzzer will not respond).
• If room temperature detector SENSOR dropped below 40℃, PTC will recover and be turned on automatically , the fan gear will be set back to the previous state;
• When the temperature rising to 55℃, the PTC heater will Force OFF, ventilation fan will shift to high speed, display board shows high temperature protection fault code “ ”, buzzer will ring once every second.
• During the high temperature protection fault, if temperature cannot dropped to below 40℃, the ventilation Fan continues to run in high speed gear, and any changing in function mode is not allowed. User can only turn off the machine manually. After turning off manually, the fault code will be erased.
• If the temperature is detected to have dropped below 40℃, PTC will recover and be turned on automatically , the fan gear set will back to the previous state;
  • When the PTC heater detector SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 70℃, the PTC heater will Force OFF. Ventilation fan and the circulation fan will run by the original setting;
  • When the PTC heater detector SENSOR induction temperature gets to 70℃ ~ 75℃, If the temperature detector SENSOR detected temperature dropped below 50℃, PTC will recover and turn on automatically , the fan gear set will back to the previous state; (Between 70℃ ~ 75℃, the machine does not display the fault code “HE”, buzzer will not respond).
  • When the temperature rising to 75℃, the PTC heater will Force OFF, ventilation fan will shift to high speed, display board shows high temperature protection fault code “HE”, buzzer will ring once every second.
• During the high temperature protection fault, if temperature cannot dropped to below 55℃ , the ventilation Fan continues to run in high speed gear, and any changing in function mode is not allowed. User can only turn off the machine manually. After turning off manually, the fault code will be erased.
• If the temperature dropped below 55℃, PTC will recover and be turned on automatically , the fan gear set will back to the previous state;

Failure of Temperature Sensor

1. The Environment Temperature Sensor continuously test for 5 seconds for fault condition, the display board shows Fault Code “ ”
2. The PTC Temperature Sensor continuously test for 5 seconds for fault condition, the display board shows Fault Code “ ”
3. To test Both Environment Temperature Sensor and PTC Temperature Sensor faults, all overload are closed, the display board shows Fault Code (If there are a few faults happened at the same time, Fault Code will be displayed alternatively for 3 seconds) and the machine is Force Stop. Any changing in function mode is not allowed, until after the Temperature Sensor Fault is eliminated before the machine can function again.

1. High Temperature Protection: display board shows Fault Code,
2. Environmental Thermal Package Failure: display board shows Fault Code
3. PTC Thermal Package Failure: display board shows fault code

Cleaning & Maintenance

NOTICE:
Please make sure that the machine is powered off before maintenance.

Cleaning the Front Cover

• Please use a soft rag or soft brush to clean the front cover.
• wipe down the surface of the heater using a cloth and warm soapy water or detergent. Wipe again with another wet cloth to ensure there is no detergent residues.

Cleaning the Filter:
Please take out the filter and put it in water to clean the dust and dirty after around 1 months usually, then put it back to the cover after the filter dry.

Safety

• Do not put your hands into the machine when running, to avoid injury or burn by the heater.
• Do not spray water into the main body, which may damage the motor, or cause electric shock by the electricity leakage.

Troubleshooting

In order to avoid any accident or injury, if any of the following symptoms and abnormal situation occur, please switch off the electricity and ask qualified electrical engineering contractor for repairing or checking. Self repair by user is strictly prohibited, to avoid danger.

• Turn on the power, the fan does not work.
• The power suddenly on, then gets off suddenly, and in turn.
• Abnormal sound and vibration during operation.
• May occurs plastic smell or other abnormal smell.
