Product Usage Instructions

• Installation Steps:
  • Left-Hand Door Installation:
  • Remove the existing left-hand Door Shear Panel.
  • Set aside the Button Head Cap Screws and Serrated Flange Nuts for use in installing the Interior Window Kit.
  • Right-Hand Door Installation:
  • Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the right-hand door.
• Attachment Steps:
  • Attach the Interior Window Shear Panel to the left-hand door.
  • Before tightening shear panel fasteners, push the shear panel outward to ensure it does not obstruct door closure.
  • Attach the Door Window to the Interior Window Shear Panel rivet nuts.
  • Repeat Steps 1-3 for the right-hand door.

Instructions

• A1. Remove the existing left-hand Door Shear Panel as shown.
• A2. Set aside the 10-24 Button Head Cap Screws and Serrated Flange Nuts for use in installing the Interior Window Kit.
• A3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the right-hand door.

  • (44) BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREW, 10-24 X ½
  • (20) RUBBER WASHER, FOR #10 SCREW
  • SERRATED FLANGE NUT, 10-24
• Tools
  • ⅛” Hex Key
  • 3/16” Wrench

Instructions

• B1. Attach the Interior Window Shear Panel to the left-hand door as shown.
• B2. Before tightening the shear panel fasteners, push the shear panel outward as much as possible through the fastener clearances. This is to ensure that the shear panels do not stick out into the door seam and obstruct the doors from closing when finished.
• B3. Attach the Door Window to the Interior Window Shear Panel rivet nuts as shown.
• B4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for the right-hand door.
