Specifications:

Pairing BLU-RSM with iPhone and Zello App:

Press and hold the power button on BLU-RSM until the LED light blinks red & blue.
Press the Volume – button until the LED light turns purple.
On your iPhone, go to Bluetooth settings and scan for devices, then select Blu-PTT and Blu-RSM.
Open the Zello App, navigate to Options, select Push-to-Talk Buttons, and then Add New Device.
Press the PTT button on BLU-RSM when prompted by Zello to connect.

Pairing BLU-RSM with iPhone and Kodiak/WAVE App:

Follow steps 1 and 2 above to set the LED light to purple.
On your iPhone, open the Bluetooth screen, scan for devices, and select Blu-PTT and Blu-RSM.
Open the Kodiak/WAVE App to complete the pairing process.

Pairing Blu-RSM with your Mobile Phone

On Blu-RSM: Press and hold the power button until the LED light on the back is blinking red & blue.
Click the Volume “” button until the LED light turns to purple. It is very important that the LED light changes to purple before you try to pair with phone and Zello app. Even if the “BLU-RSM” can pair when LED is blinking red & blue, it must change to purple, or the PTT function on BLU-RSM will not work with Zello PTT application.
On Phone: Go into your bluetooth settings
Scan for devices (if necessary) and select “Blu-PTT”
Scan for devices and select “Blu-RSM”.
Open the Zello App and go to “Options”
Select “Push-to-Talk Buttons”.
Select “Add New Device”
On Blu-RSM: Press the PTT button on RSM when Zello requests “push button now”. This will connect the BLU-RSM with Zello app. The Button type will show as “Blu-PTT”
Blu-PTT needs to be paired before Blu-RSM

On Phone: Install the Zello App
On Blu-RSM: press and hold the power button until the LED light on the back is blinking red & blue.
On Phone: open the Bluetooth screen
Scan for device (if necessary) and select “Blu-PTT”
Scan for devices (if necessary) and select “Blu-RSM”
The LED on the BLU-RSM will now be solid blue.
Open the Zello App and go to “Options”
Select “Push-to-Talk Buttons”.
Click “+” button
On Blu-RSM: Press the BLU-RSM PTT button The BLU-RSM is now connected.

On Blu-RSM: Press and hold the power button until the LED light on the back is blinking red & blue

Open the WAVE App The BLU-RSM is now connected.

Pairing BLU-RSM with Kodiak/WAVE on Android mobile phone or tablet:

Press and hold power button on front housing of RSM until the LED light on the back is blinking red& blue. This may require holding the power button for a few seconds
Scan for devices (if necessary) and select “Blu-PTT”
Open your mobile phone Bluetooth function and in moments you should see “Blu-RSM”. Select this device for pairing.
Blu-PTT needs to be paired before Blu-RSM
