Warnings and Cautions
- Do not expose the scanner to excessively high temperatures or extremely humid areas.
- Avoid placing the scanner in oily, smoky, or steamy environments.
- Avoid inserting foreign materials or water into the scanning window or vents.
- Avoid using the scanner with wet hands or in contact with anti-slip gloves containing chemicals.
- Avoid scratching, modifying, bending, twisting, pulling, or heating the interface cable of the scanner.
- Avoid staring at the light source from the scanning window directly to prevent eye damage.
- Avoid placing the scanner on unstable or inclined surfaces to prevent injuries.
Beeper Indication
- Single beep: Good read
- Two beeps (low tune): Wireless connection
- Two beeps (high tune): Charging
- Three beeps: Data transmission failed
- Five short beeps: Low power
LED Indication

Getting Connected
By default, the scanner connects to the charging cradle in 2.4G mode right out of the box. Follow the steps provided in the user manual for detailed instructions.
Memory Mode
When Memory Mode is on, the scanner can store barcode data offline with a storage capacity of 4096 barcodes, each containing up to 500 characters per barcode. Refer to the user manual for enabling and managing Memory Mode.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What should I do if I encounter smoke or abnormal odors from the scanner?
- A: Immediately power off the host computer, disconnect the interface cable, and contact your nearest dealer.
- Q: How can I clean the scanner housing?
- A: Do not use anti-slip gloves containing chemicals or organic solvents for cleaning. Refer to the user manual for proper cleaning instructions.
WARNING AND CAUTION
- Take any metals into contact with the terminals in connectors.
- Use the scanner where any inflammable gases.
If following condition occur, immediately power off the host computer, disconnect the interface cable, and contact your nearest dealer.
- Smoke, abnormal odors or noises come from the scanner.
- Drop the scanner so as to affect the operation or damage its housing.

Do not do the behavior below.
- Put the scanner in places at excessively high temperatures such as expose under direct sunlight.
- Use the scanner in extremely humid area or drastic temperature changes.
- Place the scanner in oily smoke or steam environment such as a cooking range.
- Be covered or wrapped up the scanner in the bad-ventilated area such as under cloth or blanket.
- Insert or drop foreign materials or water into scanning window or vents.
- Using the scanner while hand is wet or damp.
- Use the scanner with anti-slip gloves containing plasticizer and chemicals or organic solvents such as benzene, thinner, insecticide etc to clean the housing. Otherwise, it could not result fire and electrical shock but housing may be broken and injured.
- Scratch or modify the scanner and bend, twist, pull or heat its interface cable.
- Put heavy objects on interface cable. Do not stare the light source from the scanning window or do not point the scanning window at other people’s eyes or eyesight may be damaged by direct exposure under the light.
- Do not put the scanner on an unstable or inclined plane. The scanner may drop, creating injuries.
- Once the interface cable is damaged such as exposed or broken copper wires, stop using immediately and contact your dealer. Otherwise, it could result fire or electrical shock.

GETTING CONNECTED
By default the scanner connects to the charging cradle in 2.4G mode right out of box, please follow below steps:
- Plug the charging cradle to host device with an USB cable.
- Power up the scanner by pressing the trigger.
- The scanner will automatically connect to the charging cradle.
- Barcode data will be transmitted to the host device via the USB cable in keyboard data format.
PAIRING OPERATION
Normally, you do not need to do this. Only follow instructions below when: (1) the connection with the charging cradle is lost, or (2) you want to connect one or more scanners to a new charging cradle.
- Plug the charging cradle to host device with an USB cable.
- Power up the scanner by pressing the trigger.
- Scan Pair barcode within 30 seconds after connecting the charging cradle to the host device.

When Memory Mode is on, the scanner stores barcode data offline with a storage capacity of 4096 barcodes (chars/barcode <500
