People Restricted or Prohibited from Use
The product should be used with caution by the following groups/under the following circumstances

• For those who are under treatment at medical institutions or some of the following conditions, please consult a doctor or a physical therapist for advice before use.
• People who have a disturbance of skin sensation.
• People who have metal, silicon, or plastic materials injected into their bodies as a result of bone fractures or plastic surgery.
• People who are not sensitive to heat.
• People who have shoulder and neck sequelae due to illnesses or traffic accidents.
• People who have implanted medical electronic devices in their bodies are susceptible to electromagnetic failures like heart pacemakers.
• People identify as having lost temperature sensation.
• People suffering from skin diseases or infections.
• People suffering from skeletal fragility or whose skeleton is injured, especially in the back.
• People shortly after surgeries.
• People who have blood circulation problems or suffer from thrombosis.
• People suffering from malignant tumors.
• People suffering from heart disease.
• People who are pregnant or shortly after giving birth.
• People who have perceptual impairment caused by diabetes.
• People who have a wound in the shoulders and neck and are unhealed.
• People who need quietness and people who are in poor health.
• People suffer from osteoporosis, severe fractures, sprains, muscle aches, and acute pain (headache).
• People have a body temperature above 38°C (fever).
• People have acute inflammatory symptoms, feebleness, aversion to colds, blood pressure changes, and other symptoms and are in an intense or weak state.

Precautions for Use

• The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
• This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
• Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
• It is recommended to use it for no more than 15 minutes at a time.
• Stop using the product immediately if you feel pain in or around the shoulders and neck.
• It is recommended not to overuse the massage function.
• Do not use the product immediately after having meals. It cannot be used until at least one hour later.
• Do not use the product while sleeping.
• Do not use this product while driving or exercising.
• Do not cover a quilt or a blanket during use.
• Do not lie or sit on the product.
• Do not bring a huge impact and load to the product.
• Do not use the product in a bathroom or a shower.
• Do not exercise violently when wearing this product.
• Do not use the product when its plug, power cord, or product itself is damaged.
• Do not use the product in a room with high temperature or near heating objects (such as heaters, stoves, etc.).
• Do not apply medical or cosmetic cream on the product or your body before or during the use of the product.
• Do not destroy, bend, pull, twist, or knot the power cord.

Precautions for Maintenance

• Be sure to unplug the adapter from the domestic power socket before cleaning.
• Store the product in a cool and dry place away from the sunlight.
• Do not clean the product with steel wool, abrasive cleaner, or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline or acetone).
• Please properly dispose of the packaging bag of the product and keep it away from the infants.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself, immerse the product (controller) in water or toss it into the fire, otherwise, the product is likely to be damaged.
• Keep the product out of reach of children and infants. Do not allow them to touch, operate, or play with this product, otherwise, it is likely to lead to burns, electric shocks, or personal injuries.
• Do not damage, modify, bend, or pull the power cord with force. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or squeeze the power cord.
• Clean the product before packaging and storing it if it is not to be for a long time.
• It is recommended to charge it every other month.
• Only the adapter with the output parameter of 12.8V= 1.8A can be used to charge the product.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
• Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

Product Features

This product can massage the neck and shoulder while sitting or standing. It can promote blood circulation and relieve muscle soreness and discomfort by imitating hand thumping in combination with its warm compress function. Multiple massage modes and thumping strengths are available for choice.

How to Use

Precautions Before Use:

1. Check whether the device and its accessories are complete.
2. Remove the pendants and accessories during use to avoid affecting the massage part.
3. If you have long hair, please tie up your hair before using the product.

Operation

1. Press and hold the power button to start the device. The default mode is Mode 1 and Slow Mode. Press the power button again to shut down.
2. In the power-on state, press the mode button to switch the massage modes (Mode 1 / Mode 2 / Mode 3) circularly. During adjustment, each mode will display its corresponding indicator color: Mode 1 (the green indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading inward); Mode 2 (the red indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading outward); Mode 3 (the yellow indicator is on, the massage nodes are kneading in both ways).
3. In the power-on state, press the speed control button to switch the rotation speed (“Low” mode/”High” mode) circularly.
4. In the power-on state, press the hot compress button to turn on/off the heating function.
5. The default message time of the product is 15 minutes. It is set to shut down automatically after 15 minutes of operation.

Charging

1. Use the charging adapter to connect this product and the power socket.
2. The indicator lamp on the massage nodes flashes blue when charging.
3. The blue charging indicator remains on when the product is fully charged.
4. Unplug the charging adapter from the power socket and remove the plug from the product when charging is complete.

Cleaning

1. Maintenance of control panel: The control panel with the touch-control function should be properly protected. Please wipe it with a soft cloth when cleaning.
2. Maintenance of the fabric area: The fabric area should not be washed. Sterilize the fabric and remove the sweat stains with alcohol or wipe it with a clean wet towel for cleaning and maintenance.

• Do not clean the product with steel wool, abrasive cleaner, or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline or acetone).
• During maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord, but do not unplug the cord with wet hands.

Disposal

The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

Steps to remove the battery:

1. Pry open the upper and lower covers of the battery holder from the side
2. Unscrew the screws on the circuit board and take out the circuit board
3. Shear off the battery connecting wire and wrap its fracture with the insulating tape

• It is prohibited to replace the battery by users themselves;
• Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal;
• The product must be powered off before removing the battery;
• The battery must be disposed of safely.
