- Before using the earphones, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- Please arrange using time properly as your hearing may be damaged by using the device for a long time.
- The earphones need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the earphones is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
- Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
- Never disassemble or modify your earphones for any reason to avoid any damage and danger.
- Do not store the earphones in extreme temperatures (under 0°C to 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use these earphones during a thunder storm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earphones.
- Keep the earphones dry.
Problem handling

Can be connected but there is no sound:
Click the right earbuds to increase the volume. -
One of earbuds cannot be charge:
Clean the charging contact of the earbuds and the charging case. -
One of the earbuds cannot be connected:
Reset the earbuds. -
If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us to send a new product.
Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.
Method of operation
- Take out the earbuds (Earbuds auto power on).
- After open the phone Bluetooth, Click the earbud’s name to pairing.
Operation
Tuya Smart APP
To find the Tuya Smart APP on the mobile phone application market, click and
download it. Open Bluetooth and the Tuya Smart APP, then click on “Add
Equipment.”
Locate the pairing name for this earphone and connect it to the mobile phone.
After connecting, you can perform the following operations within the Tuya
Smart APP:
- Can make adjustments on UI operation per your custom
- Can make adjustments to EQ sound
- Can be found where the product in
