Problem handling
- Can be connected but there is no sound: Click the right earbuds to increase the volume. One of the earbuds cannot be charged: Clean the charging contact of the earbuds and the charging case.
- If one of the earbuds cannot be connected: Reset the earbuds.
- If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us for after-sales service.
WARNING: Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.

If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds.
- Disconnect the earbuds from the phone.
- Perform a 4-tap sequence on the L/R earphones, and power off after hearing the prompt.
- After placing the earphones into the charging case, take them out again, and wait for the earphones to auto-pair.
