INSTALLATION WITH WOOD SCREWS
STEP 1
Flip the unit upside down. Pull the soft-close slide set into the open
position and locate the triggers on the left and right side (See Fig 1). Press
and hold the triggers either up or down to remove the slide set. Set the wood
frame to the side. After you remove the slides, the soft-close mechanism will
be in the open position. Press the trigger and reset it to the closed
position.
STEP 2
Place the template inside the wall cabinet. Position the template so the front
edge is flush with the front of the cabinet frame and centered (See Fig 2).
STEP 3
Using an awl and rubber mallet, punch the hole locations identified by the
smaller black circles on the template (See Fig 3).
STEP 4
With a 3/32″drill bit, pre-drill through the (4) marked hole locations labeled
“Pre-drill for wood screw application”. Secure slide set to cabinet floor
using the (4) wood screws provided (See Fig 4).
STEP 5
Re-attach the wood frame to the slides. Align the frame and push to the closed
position.
NOTE: Be sure the ball-bearing race tracks are placed at the front of the
slide channels.
STEP 6
Proceed to page 4 at this time for door mounting instructions.
INSTALLATION WITH MACHINE BOLTS
STEP 1
Place the template inside of the wall cabinet. Position the template so the
front edge is flush with the front of the cabinet frame (See Fig 1).
STEP 2
With a 3/8″ drill bit, drill through the (4) marked hole locations labeled
“Pre-drill here for bolt application”.
NOTE: Drill through the cabinet floor (See Fig 2).
STEP 3
Place the unit over the top of the holes and secure using the (4) machine
bolts (See Fig 3).
NOTE: Make sure the bolts go through the holes from the underside of the
cabinet up into the cabinet floor, and secure them with a #2 Phillips head
screwdriver. The corresponding holes on the slide set are threaded for
attachment.
STEP 4
Proceed to page 4 at this time for door mounting instructions.
DOOR MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Loosen the (4) lock nuts (3/8” wrench) inside the front wall of the unit (see
Fig.1).
Pull the Adjustable Door Mounting Brackets to ensure that you are mounting to
the “thick” portion of the cabinet door. (Front of pullout should line up with
front of face frame).
NOTE: For measurement locations see Fig. 2.
Measure from the base of the face frame up to each mounting bracket slotted
hole location and record those dimensions.
STEP 2
NOTE: For measurement locations see Fig. 3.
Measure the entire door opening and record that value (a).
Measure the cabinet door height and record that value (b).
STEP 3
If the door is larger than the cabinet opening, add the divided difference
found in Step 2 to the measurements in Step 1. If the door is smaller (Inset
doors), subtract the divided difference from the measurements in Step 1.
Record these numbers in Figure 4 and mark the locations on the rear side of
the cabinet door.
STEP 4
Pre-drill these holes on the back side of the cabinet door, making sure not to
drill through the door.
STEP 5
Attach the door to the bracket using the pre-drilled hole locations.
