INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the AstroAl Wide Neck Aluminum Foam Cannon.
This foam cannon is designed to thoroughly clean any vehicle. With the dense
and rich foam that sprays from this product, you can easily remove dirt from
vehicles, greatly reducing the risk of fine-grit damage tothe car’s lacquer
surface. This product can also be used on motorcycles, floors, windows and
more.

Please fully read and understand this manual before using this product. Keep

WARNING
-
Do not put touchless automobile detergent or car washing wax into the foam cannon. These two products have strong coagulabilty and can easily block the foaming device, damaging it.

This product is equipped with a 1/4″ quick-connection plug. Please check your pressure washer connector before buying, some connectors are not compatible.

Please use this product within a 1000-3000 PSI water pressure range,
-
Please ensure that the pressure washer’s water supply is clean and free of blockages.

Be mindful of sprinkling. If no water is coming aut of the cannon, immediately pull the switch and turn off your pressure washer.
Then, check the pressure washer. -
To avoid injuries, please do not aim the spray nozzle at people or animals when using it
-
Please turn off the pressure washer after use.
It is recommended that the pressure washer be used for no mare than 30 minutes. -
After use, please thoroughly clean and dry the tools to avoid carrosion and blockage caused by chemical residues.

Please store this product in a place that s ventilated, dry and cool.

INSTALLATION

Take the foam cannon out of the package.

Uncover the lid and take out the foam lance. Connect the foam lance to the lid tightly as instructed.

Securely connect the bottle to the installed cover.
INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the cleaning solution into the foam cannon and dilute it with an appropriate proportion of hot or warm water.

Firmly connect the foam cannon’s 1/4” quick-connection plug with the pressure washer’s connector.

Adjust the top knob to contral the amount of foam. Rotate it clockwise to produce more foam and counterclockwise to produce less foam. Adjust the top knob to the desired position before starting the pressure washer.

Rotate the nozzle clockwise to produce fan-shaped foam: rotate the nozzle counterclockwise to gradually reduce the fan-shaped area; adjust the nozzle to the desired position before starting the pressure washer.

Aim the nozzle at the ground before starting the pressure washer. This is to avoid any parts flying out and damaging vulnerable objects in case there are any loose connections,

After confirming that the product is firmly connected to the pressure washer’s connector, evenly spray the foam on the car body and clean it

Please clean and dry the tools and place them in a cool and ventilated place after use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
| Trouble | There is no foam, only water |

| Solution | The inner core s loose. |
Remove the 1/4″ quick connector with a clamp and tighten the inner core with a
screwdriver.
Trouble| The foaming effect is poor after usage over time
Solution| The foam maker is blocked.
Clean or replace the foam maker. Cleaning method soak it in a weak acid or
detergent and hot water for a period of time and then rinse.
Trouble| Foam is very thin
Solution| • Adjust the top knob clockwise.
• Increase the solubility of the washing fluid in the
bottle.
RECYCLING
You may dispose of the product when its service life has ended, please recycle
the recyclable parts according to local guidelines.

This warranty does not cover damage from neglect, misuse, contamination.
