Product Overview

First-time use

  • Prior to first use, please remove the blue insulation sticker.
  • Fully charge both earbuds and charging case.
  • Keep the charging port dry before charging.
  • Use the provided Type-C charging cable, or place the charging case on a wireless charger to get charge.

Warnings

  • Keep away from liquids and extreme heat.
  • Keep the earbuds out of children’s reach.
  • Do not throw and drop the earbuds to avoid damage.
  • Do not disassemble the earbuds, or make any modifications to the structure or any part of it.
  • Please charge with a rated voltage charger.
  • Low Battery Warning :
    • Earbud LED Red light flashes once every 5 secs.
    • Prompt sound “battery low” 5 times then power off.

Charging Case

The battery indicator of Charging Case

The display will light up to show the remaining power of the charging case when you open {or close) the lid, then go off after 8 secs. The number will flash when being charged and will be “100” when fully charged and stay on until the power supply cut off.

Battery Indicator of Earbuds

  • Put the earbuds back into the box to charge the earbuds. The battery icons will flash when charging, will turn off after fully charging.
    • Features with NTC tempera control protection, N26 earbuds will not charge if the temperature reaches 45 degrees or higher. {Charging case will automatically protect themselves in that case.) It is recommended to stop charging {or disconnect wireless charging) firstly, recharge after the temperature drops below 45 degrees.

Wireless Charging Supported
We recommend you to use a wireless charging pad (not included) with a QI certificate.

Power On/Off

Automatically Power On/Off
Open the lid of the charging case and the earbuds will power on automatically. Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Manually Power On
Press & hold either earbud for 3 secs, it will flash Blue light and then power on.

Manually Power Off
Turn off Bluetooth on your device first. Press & hold either earbud for 5 secs, it will flash Red light and then power off.

Note: The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.

Bluetooth Connection

  • Step 1 – Open the lid of charging case, two earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. (The earbuds LED will flash Blue light, then turn to Red & Blue light alternately. You would hear prompt sound “Power on – Pairing” if you wear the earbuds.)
  • Step 2 – Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “N26”. (You should hear a prompt sound “Connected” if you wear the Earbuds.)

Single Mode

  • When on dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
  • Only take one earbud out of the charging case and connect it.

Other instructions

  • Each time you use your earbuds, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device.
  • The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.
  • The fully charged charging case can work as a power bank to recharge the earbuds for 3-4 times without being plugged into power supply.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

  1. Can’t find “N26” on the device;
  2. Can’t connect two earphones at the same time;
  3. Only one side work, or other connection related issue.

How to restore factory setting?

  1. Tap both earbuds 5 times simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device. (* Both earbuds will flash Red & Blue light once, then turn to Red light and stay on for 1 sec then go off.)
  2. Put the earbuds back into charging case and close the lid.
  3. Now open the charging case and turn on the Bluetooth on your device, search and connect “N26”, they should work prperly.
    • If it still doesn’t work, please repeat the steps to try again.)

Q&A

Q: Why does the music cut in and out sometimes?

  1. Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device.
  2. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven/Wifi transmitter around you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption.

Note: Keep the device and the earbuds as close as possible to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.

Q: What should I do if the Earbuds stop charging?

  1. We advise you to charge the earbuds by using the supplied original charging cable.
  2. Please make sure the charging pins and charging points are clean & dry before charging.
  3. Please make sure the earbud’s battery was run out if sometimes it can’t be charged properly.
