PRODUCT INFORMATION
For extracting or installing the front subframe ball joint of Jeep Wrangler.
Application: Jeep Wrangler.
INSTRUCTION
Removal of upper ball joint:
Fit part no. 1 on the ball joint, fit part no. 6 under the ball joint,
install H1168 main body and then turn the screw of H1168 to separate the ball
joint. Removal of lower ball joint:
Removal of lower ball joint:
Fit part no. 6 on the ball joint, fit part no. 2 under the ball joint, install
the main body of H1168, and then turn the screw of H1168 to separate the ball
joint.
Installation of upper ball joint:
Fit the ball joint above the subfame, fit part no. 3 on the ball joint, fit
part no. 5 under the subframe (A line is on part 5, and it must be faced
outwards the subframe as photo shows.), install the main body of H1168, and
then turn the screw of H1168 to push the ball joint back to its position to
finish the installation.
Installation of lower ball joint:
Fit the ball joint below the subframe, fit part no. 5 on the subframe (A
line is on Part 5, and it must be faced outwards the subframe as the photo
shows.), fit part no. 4 and 3 under the subframe in order, install the main
body of H1168 and then turn the screw of H1168 to push the ball joint back to
its position to finish the installation.
