Product Usage Instructions

Powering On/Off
To power on the CF22 Conference Speakerphone, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the indicator light turns on. To power off, press and hold the power button for another 2 seconds until the indicator light goes off.

Connecting via Bluetooth

  1. After booting up, the CF22 will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Alternatively, you can press the Bluetooth pairing button to enter this mode.
  2. Select “CF22” from your smartphone’s Bluetooth list to connect.

Connecting to PC
Using the provided USB-C cable:

  1. Connect the CF22 to the computer with the USB-C data cable.
  2. The CF22 will enter sound card mode automatically with a white light in the middle of the LED Light Bar always on.

Using a Bluetooth USB adapter:

  1. Plug the Bluetooth USB adapter into the computer’s USB port.
  2. Turn on the CF22 and place it close to the USB adapter for automatic connection.

Handling Phone Calls

  1. In Bluetooth mode, an incoming call triggers a prompt sound and green LED light bar flashing.
  2. To answer the call, short press the button. The LED light bar will become solid green.
  3. To mute the microphone, touch the button once (LED light bar becomes solid red).

Noise Reduction Control
You can switch between noise reduction levels by short pressing the button. The sequence is strong-medium-weak (default level – medium).

Charging
The red indicator light will be on during charging and goes off when fully charged.

**Powering On/Off

**

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on, the indicator light will be on. To shut down, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds again, the indicator light goes off.

  • Automatically power off
    In the Bluetooth standby state (without any device connection) or the Bluetooth connection without playing, it will automatically shut down after 15 minutes.

  • Factory reset
    In Bluetooth mode, press and hold more than 2 seconds, the red/ green/ blue of the status indicator light will all be on in sequence, Indicates that the factory reset is complete.

Connecting

Connect to smartphone or tablet (Bluetooth)

  1. After booting up and hearing the prompt tone, CF22 will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode. You can also press the Bluetooth pairing button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  2. Select “ CF22 ” on your smartphone’s Bluetooth list to connect.

Each time you power on CF22, it will automatically connect with the last successfully connected device if available. If not, press the Bluetooth pairing button to enter back to connect mode.

  • To disconnect Bluetooth from your device, long press the Bluetooth pairing button.
  • To pair with another Bluetooth device, long press the Bluetooth pairing button to re-enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.

Connect to PC

  1. USB-C cable
    Connect to the computer with the provided USB-C data cable, Turn on the power of CF22 and enter the sound card mode automatically. A white light in the middle of the LED Light Bar is always on.GSOU-CF22-Bluetooth-Speakerphone-

  2. *Bluetooth USB adapter(Optional)**
    Plug the supplied Bluetooth USB adapter into the USB port of the computer, turn on the CF22 and put it close to the USB adapter to automatically connect.

Note:

  1. You might need to manually set CF22 as the audio device for your PC system or conference software.

    • macOS
      System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects / Output / Input

    • Windows
      Right-click on the sound icon > Open Sound settings > Choose your output device / Choose your input device

  2. Bluetooth connection and USB-C data cable connection can exist at the same time.

Phone call

  1. When there is an incoming call in Bluetooth mode, there will be a prompt sound and the LED light bar will flash green.
  2. Short press the button to answer the call, and the LED light bar will be solid green.
  3. Touch the button once to turn off the microphone, and the LED light bar will be solid red.
  4. Short press the button again to hang up the current call.

Short press to switch the noise reduction level, the switching sequence is: strong-medium-weak(Default Level – Medium)

Noise Cancellation Indicator

  • When switching from Strong Noise Cancellation to Medium Noise Cancellation, the indicator flashes twice and then stays on.
  • When switching from medium noise reduction level to weak noise reduction level, the indicator goes off.
  • When the weak noise reduction level is switched to the strong noise reduction level, the indicator is always on.

Charging

  • Fully dry off the USB-C charging port before charging.
  • Fully charge the speakerphone before the first use to extend the lifespan.
  • Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Your CF22 Bluetooth speakerphone is covered by a limited warranty. It is backed by 1 year performance warranty against any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship from the date of original purchase.

This warranty entitles the purchaser to get the product repaired or replaced under the following conditions:

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser, Proof of original purchase is required
  • The warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper storage.
  • In no event shall be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind.

Warnings And Cautions

  1. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, be sure the electric circuits are not overloaded.
  2. To reduce the risk of electric shock, be sure not plug the adapter with wet hands.
  3. Unplug the power cable if your device is smoking or abnormal and seek professional help from your nearest service center, be sure not detach the device yourself.
