Product Usage Instructions

  • Connect the power cord to the speaker and a power outlet to turn the speaker on. To turn it off, disconnect the power cord.
  • Download the Samsung SmartThings app on your Android or iOS device. Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network and follow the app instructions to complete the speaker setup.
  • In the SmartThings app, set up voice assistants for hands-free control. Follow the app instructions to enable voice assistants.
  • In the SmartThings app, enable streaming services for the speaker. You can stream music via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Note that music streaming through Bluetooth will pause when you start streaming through Wi-Fi.
  • Using the SmartThings app, add supported smart home devices. The speaker can serve as a hub to control these devices. Refer to the SmartThings app for more details.

You can interact with the speaker using voice commands to the voice assistant. To mute the microphone and stop the voice assistant from listening, use the button control feature.

  1. Access Bluetooth settings on your device.
  2. Select “HK VIRTUO” from the list of available devices to pair.
  3. Your speaker is now connected via Bluetooth.

  • Q: How can I extend the battery life of the speaker?
  • A: To extend battery life, lower the volume level and avoid playing audio at maximum volume for extended periods.
  • Q: Can I use the speaker as a Bluetooth speaker without connecting it to Wi-Fi?
