Operational Guide

  • Charging
    During using, if only red light flashes, it indicates the headphone is at low battery level, please use it after fully charged.
    Red light steady lit = charging (5.0V 1A)
    Red light off = fully charged
    Charging time: about 4 hours for a full charging

    Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.

  • Power ON/OFF

  • Bluetooth Pairing
    1. When turned off, press and hold the multifunctional button for about 5 seconds to turn the headphone on, wait until red and blue light flashes alternately, then the headphone enters pairing state;
    2. Set the mobile phone to search for and pair with “EDIFIER W860NB”, after pairing is successful, blue light will flash slowly.

  • Connect Two Bluetooth Devices Simultaneously
    1. Pair the headphone with the first device;
    2. Restart the headphone; press and hold the multifunctional button to let it enter pairing state and pair with the second device;
    3. Operate the first device to pair with the headphone again, then it is successfully connected with two devices simultaneously.

  • NFC (Near Field Communication) Function
    1. Ensure your Bluetooth phone support NFC connection.
    2. When mobile phone is in sleep state or black screen, it cannot pair with the headphone via NFC connection.
    3. For initial pairing, let mobile phone touch W860NB for an extended period of time and release until W860NB enters pairing mode.For mobile phone paired previously, turn the headphone on and place the mobile NC phone near its NFC area, then it will automatically pair with the mobile NFC phone (whether Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is enabled or not).

    4. When unconnected with a device, enabling NFC function can connect with it; when connected with a device, enabling NFC function can disconnect with it.

Red light instead of blue light flashes.

  • The headphone is at low battery level, please recharge the headphone.

Red light is off during charging.

  • Please ensure the charging device is correctly connected with the headphone.
  • When the headphone is not used for long periods of time, the battery will enter sleep state, it needs to charge about 30 minutes and then the red light will be lit.

No sound

  • Check if the headphone is operating.
  • Check if the headphone volume is at an appropriate level.
  • Check if the headphone is correctly connected with mobile phone.
  • Check if the headphone is operating within a normal working range.

Call effect of the headphone is bad.

  • Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
  • Please ensure the headphone is within effective distance (10m) and no
    obstacle between the headphone and mobile phone.

When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via headphone.

  • Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

Maintenance

During using, please read the following suggestions carefully.

  • Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit.
    Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.

  • Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and deform plastic components.

  • Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.

  • Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.

  • Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.

  • Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.

  • Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting looking.

If the product cannot operate properly, please send it to your qualified maintenance agency.
