BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Space out the feet with the castors on the radiator base according to the
diagram in the Figure.
Place the radiator on a level, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Connect the radiator to the power source. Switch the appliance on with the
main power switch (F). After that, two buttons on the control panel light up:
the timer and the power switch. The appliance will then be in the standby
mode.
Press the power switch to turn on the radiator.
The radiator switches on in the Eco mode, and the target temperature is set at
23°C.
Temperature changing: Press the temperature-setting button, then press the +
or – buttons to change to the required temperature. After setting to the
required temperature, the radiator will switch to the Eco mode. The
temperature can be set within the range 10-30°C and in the anti-freeze mode at
5°C. Note: the temperature value on the display shows the set required
temperature. This is not an ambient-temperature measurement.
Changing the operating mode: To change the heating mode, press the operating-
mode-selection button:
The eco mode -> High power -> Medium power -> Low power. In the eco mode, the
radiator adjusts the power to the ambient temperature. When one of the
constant-power modes is used, the appliance will only operate at the selected
power level. When the selected target temperature (default 23°C) is reached,
it will switch off. When the temperature drops, the appliance will start
heating again.
The eco mode: To activate the eco mode, press the operating-mode button until
the eco mode is selected.
In this mode, the radiator adjusts the heating power to the ambient
temperature. The smaller the difference between the required temperature and
the ambient temperature the lower the power used to heat the room. If there is
only one degree of difference, the radiator will operate in the low-power
mode. When the difference is 3 degrees, the radiator will use the maximum
power.
The radiator’s delayed-switch-on function: The radiator should be in the
standby mode. Press the timer button. The hour symbol (H) and the time (0)
will appear on the display. Use the + or – buttons to select the expected
switch-on-delay time of the radiator. In the range 0 to 5 hours, the increase
is 0.5 hours, while above 5 hours to 24 hours the increase is 1 hour. After
the selected time has elapsed, the appliance will start heating.
After setting the timer, you can set the radiator operating parameters by
using the temperature-setting button or the operating-mode-selection button.
CAUTION: It is worth remembering that when using the radiator’s delayed-
switch-on function, the appliance can switch on when left unattended. Always
observe all the safety instructions for the product’s use.
The radiator’s delayed-switch-off function: When the radiator is operating in
one of the operating modes, press the timer button. The hour symbol (H) and
the time (0) will appear on the display. Use the + or – buttons to select the
expected switch-off-delay time of the radiator. In the range 0 to 5 hours, the
increase is 0.5 hours, while above 5 hours to 24 hours the increase is 1 hour.
After the selected time has elapsed, the appliance enters the standby mode.
Child lock: To activate the child lock, press and hold both the operating-
mode-selection button and the power switch at the same time for 3 seconds. The
buttons will be locked to prevent the accidental pressing of the control
buttons. To unlock the control panel, press and hold both the operating-mode-
selection button and the power switch at the same time again for 3 seconds.
Deactivating the audible signals when pressing the buttons: To deactivate the
audible signals each time you press the control buttons, press and hold the +
and – buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. To deactivate this function,
press and hold the + and – buttons at the same time again for 3 seconds.
Remote control: The buttons on the remote control correspond to the control
panel’s buttons, and perform the same functions.
