APPLICATION INFORMATION:
Arch Rival Sizing:
Approximate sizing is determined by shoe size. Due to the unique design of the Arch Rival, please refer to the fitting guide for precise instructions. Arch Rival fits in most athletic and walking shoes.

Appropriate fit allows your 1st metatarsal head to sit in the recessed area with your heel comfortably placed in the back of the orthotic.
Note: You may need to size up or down for optimal fit. (Figure 1) -
Using the insole from your existing shoe as a template, trim the Arch Rival with scissors to match the size. (Figure 2)

Place securely into shoe, ensuring the Arch Rival is seated properly and toe area is not folded over.
Break-In the Arch Rival Orthotics:
Allow 1-3 weeks to properly break-in the orthotics. For first time use, do not exceed 1-2 hours. If there are no adverse effects, increase use by 1-2 hours per day until full time use. Sizing Chart (Shoe Size)

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Use a soft brush with anti-bacterial soap and warm water.
Air dry completely before reinserting into shoe.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not machine wash or dry.
