for combining wet and dry ingredients.

(Middle setting is between Max .and Min setting): Medium speed and more
control for creating batters or coarser textures.

Help to protect the motor
- The blender will not knead dough or mash potatoes.
- Do not blend hot or boiling ingredients. Allow food to cool down to a warm state before placing it in the blender. This is to safeguard against sudden bursts of steam that could cause the lid to dislodge.
Overload protection system
- The blender is equipped with an internal non-self resetting overload protector to protect the motor from damage under heavy loads or continuous, the motor may stop. If the blender suddenly stops during use, this protector may have tripped.
- Unplug the power supply and remove the jar and leave it to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Tripping the protector indicates that the blender is being loaded too heavily, or with excessive continuous use. Reduce the number of ingredients used or allow more time in between blending to prevent it from happening again, which will help preserve the life of the motor.
- The MAX line is usually a good indicator to prevent overall loading, Please do not blend the recipe that exceeded the max line.
