SETUP NOTES

• Your smart security camera, smart home controller, and mobile phone must be able to connect to the same available 2.4Ghz Wi—Fi network.
• Make sure you have the latest version of BlitzWolf app installed before you use the device, or some functions are unavailable.
• Insert a Class 10 8-128GB high—speed Micro SD card or use a could service, otherwise the camera can’t record video and you can’t access important functions such as upgrading system firmware.

CONTROL YOUR CAMERA WITH THE APP

Reset The Camera
Connect the camera to a power source and long press the Reset button for 5 seconds to restore your smart camera to factory defaults. The reset is complete when the voice prompt plays from the camera’s speaker.
Install the BlitzWolf App

1. Find the BlitzWolf App on Apple App Store, Google Play, or scan the QR code below and install it. BlitzWolf is compatible with iOS 8.0 ± and Android 4.4 +.
2. Register or log in to the BlitzWolf App.

Connect Your Smart Camera with APP

1. Please make sure that your Wi—Fi network is active and working properly.
2. Connect the camera to a power source. When the camera is running, you will hear the voice prompt “wait for wifi config”.
3. Go to BlitzWolf APP home page, tap “+” in the upper right corner of the main screen, tap “Smart Camera” to add equipment, tap “Otherwise”, and choose one of the three available methods to pair the camera to the network.

Net—Pairing Methods QR Code Net—Pairing

1. Go back to the previous page and directly tap “Next”.
2. Select a specific Wi—Fi network, input password, and tap “Next”. Please note that only 2.4GHz Wi—Fi networks are supported.
3. Scan the QR code that is displayed on the screen. There will be a voice prompt when the code has been scanned, tap “I heard a Prompt” to connect.
4. When the connection progress reaches 100% tap “completed”.

EZ Mode

1. Tap “EZ Mode”, then tap “Next”.
2. Select a specific Wi—Fi network, input password, and tap “Next”. Please note that only 2.4GHz Wi—Fi networks are supported.
3. When the progress reaches 100% tap “completed”.

Cable Mode

1. Please make sure that the device is connected to the RJ45 network cable and the phone is connected to the same Wi—Fi network, tap “Cable” mode and then tap “Next”.
2. When the progress reaches 100% tap “completed”.

High Definition

You can switch between 1080P/720P resolution by clicking the “SD/HD” sign which is in the lower left corner of the preview screen.

Infrared Night Vision

Choose the infrared night vision by Auto Mode/IR Mode/Color Mode.

Screenshot & Record

Capture the current image or record the video in real time and save it to the photo library.

PTZ Control

When you tap the “Direction” button, a control panel appears with four keys Up, Down, Left, and Right, you can adjust the camera’s angle to the best monitoring position.

Motion Detection

If you want to get notice of alerts, please tap the “Motion Detection” and “Motion Tracking” button of the control console. And you can choose to get messages throughout the whole day or during certain periods, in the meantime, you can select motion detection sensitivity. When the alert is activated, the camera will automatically push the alarm information in the form of a screenshot, which you can view on the “messages” interface.

Two-way High-Quality Voice

If you tap the ” “of the preview mode, you can only monitor real—time voice in the area surrounding the camera, but your voice won’t transmit. If you want to transmit your voice to the camera speaker, you need to tap the “ ” button to enable the two—way voice intercom.

Playback

You need to insert a Cl 0 Micro SD card or open cloud services to enable the record and playback function. Then you can tap the “playback” button to open the video recording interface. You can view recording by date recorded. During playback, you can swipe your finger on the timeline to move to a specific time. You can also record directly to the smartphone or take screenshots.

Memory card settings

After you insert an SD card, the mobile APP will have options to view the remaining capacity of the SD card, control recording, and format the SD card. If you turn on recording, you can set the recording mode to choose whether to record events or to record continuously.

Encrypted Cloud Storage

If you don’t want to use an SD card, or worry about the camera being damaged and the SD card getting lost, we suggest you buy a cloud storage service to view the real—time video and previous historical video.

Al Recognition

If you want to reduce the false alarm rate, it is recommended that you purchase the Al recognition function. The simple version supports human body detection & animal detection & vehicle detection, and the upgraded version adds face recognition on the original basis.

Voice Control

The BlitzWolf smartphone app integrates with Amazon Echo/Google Home and can be operated by echo show or Chromecast.

Device Share

You can select a device, tap “settings” and tap “Shared devices”. Then you enter an account number of a user registered with the BlitzWolf APP.

Home Management

Create a family home group to manage smart devices and give App access to family members. User access permission can be added and removed remotely by the administrator. The family administrator is granted all access, including removing the entire family. Regular members can only operate scenes and devices, they are not allowed to add and remove users and devices.

Attention

1. Try to keep the camera as close as possible to Wi—Fi router. Only 2.4GHz Wi—Fi systems are compatible;
2. If you change Wi—Fi network or modify the router settings, please reset the device;
3. Each camera can only be bound to one account at a time. If you want to transfer the camera to someone else, you must remove the device from your APP account before a new user can access or modify the camera settings.
