POWER CORE 90 CONTROLLER
REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
PART# W13111402015
Required Tools: (Not included)
A. Phillips screwdriver
WARNING
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or another injury, turn the power switch OFF and disconnect the charger before performing any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Step 1
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the four (4) screws on the deck cover (circled in the image below). Remove deck cover and set aside.
Step 2
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws on the battery holder
(circled in the image below). Remove battery holder and set aside.
Step 3
Disconnect all connectors from the controller.
Step 4
Remove the battery from the tray to give you access to the controller. Set
battery aside.
Step 5
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws that attach the
controller to the tray (circled in the image below). Remove old/damaged
controller.
Step 6
When reconnecting the new controller, make sure to connect the wires from the
controller on the silver-colored prongs from the power switch, the brown wire
connects to the middle prong and the yellow wire connects to the other silver
prong.
Step 7
Reverse the procedures
- Place the controller back on the tray.
- Re-connect the battery and the Control Module.
- Place battery back inside the tray.
- Replace the battery holder
- Re-attach deck cover with four (4) screws.
Attention: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
