Using Common Sense
Q1. What is the difference between a dynamic microphone and a condenser
microphone?
A1: The main difference between condenser microphones and dynamic
microphones is the way they generate sound signals, which leads to differences
in their use. Condenser microphones mainly use sound waves to induce the
vibration of the metal film to produce different capacitances to generate
sound signals. It has high clarity and sensitivity, full and thick sound
quality. But the disadvantage is that the sensitivity is too high, not
suitable for high noise places.
On the contrary, the dynamic microphone mainly generates sound signals through
the wire coil closely connected with the diaphragm, which continuously moves
in the magnetic field according to the change of sound pressure. Its sound
quality is rich, full, and strong against noise, which is suitable for noisy
live activities.
So that, the dynamic microphones are widely used in KTV , home karaoke, party,
singing, wedding, church or performances, and condenser microphones are widely
used in professional vocal singing, studio recording, podcasting voiceover
work.
Q2. What should I do if I find that the receiver produces a slight noise
during use?
A2.
- Try to lower the volume of S2 and increase the volume of the speaker at the same time.
- It may be interfered with by the cell phone, DVD, or even the light, please be away from that stuff.
- During use, please avoid the microphone and receiver too close, in order to avoid feedback and statics.
Q3. The microphone is used as the device for recording. If you want to
output the sound successfully, the microphone system should be connected to
output equipment as follows:
A3:
- Equipment with a 6.35mm input interface, such as speakers, amplifiers, karaoke devices, etc.
- Equipment with an XLR input interface, such as an audio mixer.
Note: It is not compatible with laptops, iPad, cellphone.
For the specific connection methods, please refer to the connection methods in this manual.
