USER MANUAL

Product Introduction

Turn ON/OFF

1. Take out both M6 earbuds and it will automatically turn on. During the boot process, you will hear voice prompts such as “POWER ON”, “PRIMARY/SECONDARY” and “YOU HEADSET IS CONNECTED”. When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, it will automatically turn off.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Take out boh M6 earbuds
2. Turn on Bluetooth, choose “WAS-M6” for pairing

If the earbuds have ever been paired with your phone, it will automatically connect to the device when the earbuds are turned on next time.

Translations

1. Search and download the “WasTrans” app in the App Store/ Google Play. You may also scan the QR code to download.

2. Open the app and allow the permissions for the proper use of the device.

3. Turn on Bluetooth, choose “WAS-M6” for pairing. After the connection is successful, you may choose one of two different modes: Touch Mode and Speaker mode.

Touch Mode
Each person wears one earbud. (Suitable for a conversation with acquaintance and share earbuds)

1. Make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone has been connected to WAS-M6;
2. Give one of the earbuds to the other;
3. Start the “WasTrans” app. When you hear a continuous beep, it means that the “WasTrans” app has been connected with WAS-M6;
4. Choose the language of the left and right earbuds;
5. Tap one side of the earbuds to speak continuously, and both earbuds can hear simultaneous interpretation. If the other side wants to speak, tap his or her earbud to start speaking. To end the translations, just touch the earbud again. Or set it to end translation automatically in the APP. (The default is to automatically end translation. if you want to end translation manually, please turn off “Automatic end pickup” in the Setting)

Speak out with the phone’s speaker
Only one person wears an earbud, the other communication via the mobile phone. (Suitable for a short conversation with strangers that are inconvenient to wear your earbud)

1. Make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone has been connected to WAS-M6;
2. Start the “WasTrans” app. When you hear a continuous beep, it means that the “WasTrans” app has been connected with WAS-M6;
3. Choose “Speaker Mode” from the menu;
4. Choose the language of the earbuds and mobile phone;
5. Tap the earbuds (or click the lower half of the phone screen) to start speaking, the mobile phone speaker will play the translations; Tap the top half of the phone screen, the other person starts speaking to the phone, and your earbud will hear the translations.

Common functions

Make phone calls
Answer: Tap the earbuds again on the left or right side
Hangup: Tap the earbuds again on the left or right side
Reject: Tap 2 times on the left or right earbuds

Listen to music
Play/Pause. Tap the earbuds on the left or right side
Last: Tap 2 times on the left earbuds
Next: Tap 2 times on the right earbuds
Voice assistant (“Hey Sid or OK to Google”)
Start the voice service: Long touch the earbuds on the left or right side Stop the voice service: Long touch the earbuds on the left or right side again

LED Indications (Charging Case)

When the earbuds are charging, the indicator light of the charging case is displayed.

FAQ

Earbud (left or right) No audio?

1. Check the battery of the earbuds. Putting the earbuds back into the charging box. Red light indicates that the earbuds need to be charged before use. Greenlight means they are fully charged.
2. If the battery power is sufficient, reset the earbuds by putting them back into the charging case, closing the case for 20 seconds then take earbuds out and reconnect to your mobile device.

Bluetooth not stable or can’t find the device?

1. Take the earbuds closer to the mobile device, make sure there is no radio-frequency interference.
2. Reset the earbuds by putting them back into the charging case, close the case for 20 seconds then take the earbuds out and try again for pairing.

After Bluetooth connection is completed, translation cannot be started by touching the earbuds?

1. Restart the APP then reconnect Bluetooth.
2. Reset the earbuds by putting them back into the charging case, close the case for 20 seconds then take the earbuds out and try again for pairing.

Safety

Please read the following safety and warning information before using M6:

1. Do not use unofficially recommended charging methods to avoid fire, explosion, or other dangers.
2. Do not deliberately drop, burn, penetrate, squeeze or immerse in liquid to avoid product damage.
3. Do not expose to high temperatures or around heating equipment such as microwaves or ovens.
4. Use the device within the range of 0°C – 35°C and store within the range of -20°C – 45°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will cause the device to malfunction.
5. We are not responsible for quality issues, product failures, and safety accidents caused by the use of unofficially approved accessories.
